我國服務業(yè)進入退出影響因素研究

【摘要】:進入與退出問題是產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論中連接企業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)與市場的重要概念,產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論的許多問題都是從企業(yè)的進入與退出問題而展開。對于我國而言,不同行業(yè)中企業(yè)的進入和退出有著較大的差別。服務業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,其發(fā)展水平是衡量現(xiàn)代社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)達程度重要的標志。服務業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開服務業(yè)企業(yè)的繁榮,而企業(yè)的繁榮離不開競爭,離不開其科學選擇進入與退出行為。什么因素影響了我國企業(yè)進入與退出決策,如何促進我國服務業(yè)企業(yè)更科學競爭,更合理做出進入或退出決策,是本文著重要解決的問題。 本文通過運用定性同定量分析相結合、理論研究與實證分析相統(tǒng)一的研究方法,探討了我國服務業(yè)企業(yè)進入與退出行為相關因素,并針對實證結果提出了相應的政策建議。 首先,文章總結了我國服務業(yè)發(fā)展的背景及意義,并闡明了分析結構思路、創(chuàng)新之處與不足。其次,在分析總結進入與退出問題相關研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎上將我國服務業(yè)進入退出問題的理論基礎進行梳理探究。再次,根據(jù)分析結果整理改造了傳統(tǒng)的ORR模型,對影響我國服務業(yè)企業(yè)的進入退出行為的相關因素進行實證研究。最后,,根據(jù)研究成果,提出了拓展融資渠道、培養(yǎng)服務業(yè)人才、加大服務業(yè)信息平臺建設等方面的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The problem of entry and exit is an important concept of connecting enterprise, industry and market in the theory of industrial organization. Many problems of industrial organization theory are developed from the problem of entry and exit of enterprises. There are great differences between the entry and exit of enterprises in different industries. As an important part of the national economy, the service industry, Its development level is an important symbol to measure the degree of economic development in modern society. The development of service industry can not be separated from the prosperity of service enterprises, and the prosperity of enterprises cannot do without competition. What factors affect the decision of entry and exit of Chinese enterprises, and how to promote more scientific competition and make more reasonable decision of entry or exit of service enterprises in our country are the key problems to be solved in this paper. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis and the unified research method of theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper discusses the factors related to the entry and exit behavior of Chinese service enterprises, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations for the empirical results. First of all, the paper summarizes the background and significance of the development of our service industry, and clarifies the analysis of structural ideas, innovations and shortcomings. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the current research situation of entry and exit, the theoretical basis of China's service industry entry and exit is combed and explored. Thirdly, according to the results of the analysis, the traditional ORR model is reorganized and reformed. This paper makes an empirical study on the factors influencing the entry and exit behavior of Chinese service enterprises. Finally, according to the research results, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on expanding financing channels, training service industry talents, and strengthening the construction of service information platform.
