【摘要】:在我國經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型時期,服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展得到了高度重視,加快發(fā)展作為城市基本經(jīng)濟部門的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)是調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、穩(wěn)增長的重大措施。在西安市創(chuàng)建“國家中心城市”、“絲路科創(chuàng)中心”以及“聚焦三六九、振興大西安”的歷史機遇下,憑借軌道交通顯著的產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動功能,促進生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)更好、更快發(fā)展,是為城市經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長提供堅實的保障。鑒于生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)正在成為城市經(jīng)濟的基石,深入探索生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)區(qū)位選擇的軌道交通指向及軌道交通誘導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)和空間過程機制很有必要,同時還應(yīng)結(jié)合我國西部地區(qū)大城市的具體案例分析制定軌道交通引導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)空間布局的規(guī)劃實踐對策。論文通過梳理TOD發(fā)展模式的理論脈絡(luò),結(jié)合生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)自身特點,以解析軌道交通帶動生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)增長的功能機制來探究生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展對軌道交通的依賴程度;進而探析軌道交通與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的交互作用,以期構(gòu)建兩者之間的互動發(fā)展機理。在軌道交通與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)互動發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ)上,以企業(yè)視角切入西安市的實證研究,通過對西安市軌道交通1,2號線站域范圍生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)的實地調(diào)查,建立研究的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)資料集合;接下來針對西安市軌道交通全部站域范圍的整體情況,借助統(tǒng)計分析工具并按時間軸線系統(tǒng)度量、識別其內(nèi)部不同類型生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)空間布局行為的共性特征和差異表現(xiàn);同時基于對不同類型企業(yè)布局規(guī)律的串并、對比,全面總結(jié)西安市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在軌道交通站域范圍的總體區(qū)位指向。最后,運用GIS地理信息系統(tǒng)工具,對各站域范圍生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)空間布局進行分析模擬,結(jié)合站點周邊的城市用地開發(fā)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施配套、產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境及所處城市區(qū)位等因素,構(gòu)建出七類軌道交通站域范圍生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的局域空間模式;進而通過疊合各類模式的功能特征梳理出西安市軌道交通站域范圍生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)局域空間模式的演化機制;并針對重點站點提出具體的規(guī)劃對策。
[Abstract]:In the period of economic transformation in our country, the development of service industry has been attached great importance to, and accelerating the development of producer services, as the basic economic sector of the city, is to adjust the structure. Major measures to stabilize growth. Under the historical opportunity of establishing "National Central City", "Silk Road Science Center" and "focusing 369, vitalizing Xi'an" in Xi'an, the city has a remarkable industrial driving function of rail transit. The promotion of better and faster development of producer services is a solid guarantee for the sustained growth of the urban economy, whereas producer services are becoming the cornerstone of the urban economy, It is necessary to deeply explore the rail transit direction of producer services location choice and the industrial and spatial process mechanism that rail transit induces the development of producer services. At the same time, combined with the case study of the big cities in the western region of China, we should make the planning and practical countermeasures of the spatial layout of the producer services guided by the rail transit. This paper combs the theoretical context of the TOD development model. According to the characteristics of producer service industry, this paper explores the dependence of the development of producer services on rail transit by analyzing the functional mechanism of rail transit driving the growth of producer services. On the basis of the theory of the interactive development of rail transit and producer services, the paper analyzes the interaction between rail transit and producer services, and analyzes the empirical research in Xi'an from the perspective of enterprises. Based on the field investigation of the producer service enterprises in line 1 and line 2 of Xi'an, the basic data set of the research is established, and then the overall situation of the whole station scope of Xi'an rail transit is discussed. With the help of statistical analysis tools and measured by time-axis system, this paper identifies the common characteristics and different behaviors of spatial layout behavior of different types of producer services, and at the same time, based on the series-union and comparison of different types of enterprise layout rules, This paper summarizes the overall location direction of producer services in rail transit stations in Xi'an. Finally, the spatial distribution of producer services in Xi'an is analyzed and simulated by using GIS GIS tools. Combined with the development of urban land around the station, infrastructure matching, industrial environment and the location of the city, this paper constructs the local space model of seven kinds of rail transit station scope producer service industry. Then the evolution mechanism of the local spatial model of producer services in Xi'an rail transit station is sorted out by combining the functional characteristics of various modes, and the specific planning countermeasures are put forward for the key stations.
