【摘要】：構(gòu)建DEA-Malmquist模型,實(shí)證分析中國(guó)31個(gè)省市區(qū)星級(jí)飯店2004~2014年技術(shù)效率的時(shí)空演化特征,通過TOBIT模型分析了技術(shù)效率的影響因素。結(jié)果顯示:星級(jí)飯店的技術(shù)效率逐年提升,東部地區(qū)顯著高于中西部地區(qū);星級(jí)飯店全要素生產(chǎn)率整體有所提升,東部地區(qū)高于中西部地區(qū);經(jīng)濟(jì)水平、旅游人次、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和區(qū)域開放度等因素對(duì)星級(jí)飯店技術(shù)效率提升具有顯著正向影響,而旅游收入、人口城鎮(zhèn)化、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和信息化則具有負(fù)向影響。針對(duì)新常態(tài)下星級(jí)飯店的效率問題,提出要提升飯店發(fā)展質(zhì)量,切實(shí)提高技術(shù)效率,重視高新技術(shù)應(yīng)用,持續(xù)優(yōu)化飯店發(fā)展環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs DEA-Malmquist model, empirically analyzes the space-time evolution characteristics of technical efficiency of star-rated hotels in 31 provinces and municipalities of China from 2004 to 2014, and analyzes the influencing factors of technical efficiency through TOBIT model. The results show that the technical efficiency of star-rated hotels is improving year by year. The eastern region is significantly higher than the central and western regions, the total factor productivity of star-rated hotels has been improved as a whole, the eastern region is higher than the central and western regions, the economic level, the number of tourists, Factors such as industrial structure and regional openness have a significant positive impact on the technical efficiency of star-rated hotels, while tourism income, population urbanization, infrastructure and information have a negative impact on the efficiency of star-rated hotels under the new normal state. It is necessary to improve the quality of hotel development, improve the technical efficiency, attach importance to the application of high and new technology, and continuously optimize the hotel development environment.
