【摘要】：在構(gòu)建"產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平評價"理論模型的基礎上,本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭能力、創(chuàng)新能力和載體支撐能力"三力"視角設計了我國服務業(yè)發(fā)展水平的評價指標體系,實證我國服務業(yè)整體發(fā)展水平和"三力"的非均衡程度。借助"出口技術(shù)含量指數(shù)"計量我國服務貿(mào)易出口競爭力。之后,分別從整體和"三力"及部門視角實證檢驗兩者關系。研究顯示:(1)我國服務業(yè)發(fā)展水平、服務貿(mào)易出口競爭力均呈現(xiàn)逐年提升的發(fā)展趨勢,但近年來增長幅度有所下降;(2)整體而言,我國服務業(yè)發(fā)展與服務貿(mào)易出口競爭力提升存在長期的均衡關系,前者是后者的格蘭杰原因;(3)服務業(yè)"三力"中的"創(chuàng)新能力"對其出口競爭力的貢獻度最小,這與我國服務業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力不強且科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化成生產(chǎn)力效率不佳有關;不同的服務部門對服務貿(mào)易出口競爭力的影響程度存在著差異性,現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)相對傳統(tǒng)服務業(yè)對服務貿(mào)易出口競爭力的作用更為明顯。文章最后根據(jù)研究結(jié)論提出促進我國服務業(yè)發(fā)展和提升服務貿(mào)易出口競爭力的對策。
[Abstract]:On the basis of constructing the theoretical model of "evaluation of industrial development level", this paper designs the evaluation index system of the development level of service industry in China from the angle of "three forces" of industry competitiveness, innovation ability and carrier support ability. The overall development level of our service industry and the unbalanced degree of the "three forces" are demonstrated. The export competitiveness of China's service trade is measured with the help of the "export technology content index". The research shows that the development level of service industry and the competitiveness of export of service trade in China are increasing year by year. As a whole, there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the development of China's service industry and the promotion of export competitiveness of service trade. The former is the Granger reason of the latter. (3) the "innovation ability" in the "three forces" of the service industry contributes the least to its export competitiveness, which is related to the weak innovation ability of our country's service industry and the inefficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productivity. The degree of influence of different service sectors on export competitiveness of service trade is different. The effect of modern service industry on the export competitiveness of service trade is more obvious than that of traditional service industry. Finally, according to the research conclusions, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of our service industry and enhance the competitiveness of service trade export.
