【摘要】: 本文對(duì)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵和外延進(jìn)行了界定,分析了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易的知識(shí)和技術(shù)密集性、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性、空間可分性、外部化、所涉及法律關(guān)系的復(fù)雜性和特殊性五個(gè)重要的特點(diǎn)。生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易主要通過(guò)影響總供給和總需求兩大渠道來(lái)影響制造業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。從供給角度,主要包技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)、人力資本積累效應(yīng)、規(guī)模效應(yīng)和制度效應(yīng)來(lái)提高全要素生產(chǎn)率和促進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),從而影響總產(chǎn)出,提高制造業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。從需求角度,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易,可以促進(jìn)消費(fèi)、投資等來(lái)影響總需求,從而提高制造業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用近年來(lái)的數(shù)據(jù)分析了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)貿(mào)易和制造業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的現(xiàn)狀,并建立模型實(shí)證研究了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)進(jìn)口對(duì)制造業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響,結(jié)果表明,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)外商直接投資、保險(xiǎn)和商務(wù)服務(wù)進(jìn)口對(duì)化學(xué)品及有關(guān)產(chǎn)品、輕紡橡膠礦產(chǎn)品及其制品、機(jī)械及運(yùn)輸設(shè)備的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力先顯著的促進(jìn)作用,通訊服務(wù)進(jìn)口沒(méi)有促進(jìn)制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提高。然后又研究了知識(shí)和技術(shù)密集的金融、咨詢、計(jì)算機(jī)和信息、專有權(quán)利使用和特許、廣告和宣傳服務(wù)進(jìn)口對(duì)制造業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響,且進(jìn)行了全要素生產(chǎn)率和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的中介效應(yīng)檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,金融、咨詢、計(jì)算機(jī)和信息、專有權(quán)利使用和特許、廣告和宣傳服務(wù)進(jìn)口顯著促進(jìn)了制造業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提高,全要素生產(chǎn)率的中介效應(yīng)顯著,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的中介效應(yīng)不顯著。針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題,提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the connotation and extension of productive services are defined, and the knowledge and technology density, industrial relevance, spatial separability, externalization of productive services trade are analyzed. The complexity and particularity of the legal relationship involved are five important characteristics. The productive services trade mainly affects the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry through the influence of two channels of aggregate supply and aggregate demand. From the point of view of supply, the main package technology spillover effect. Human capital accumulation effect, scale effect and institutional effect to increase total factor productivity and promote structural upgrading, thus affecting total output and improving the international competitiveness of manufacturing. Investment to affect aggregate demand, thereby improving the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of productive services trade and international competitiveness of manufacturing industry by using the data in recent years, and establishes a model to empirically study the impact of the import of productive services on the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry. Foreign direct investment in producer services, insurance and business services imports have a significant impact on the international competitiveness of chemicals and related products, textile rubber minerals and their products, machinery and transport equipment, Imports of communications services have not contributed to the competitiveness of manufacturing. They have then studied knowledge-and technology-intensive finance, consulting, computers and information, exclusive use and licensing, The impact of imports of advertising and promotional services on the international competitiveness of manufacturing and the intermediary effects of total factor productivity and upgrading of industrial structures have been tested. The results show that finance, consulting, computers and information, proprietary use and licensing, The import of advertising and propaganda services has significantly promoted the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry, the intermediary effect of total factor productivity is significant, and the intermediary effect of industrial structure upgrading is not significant. Some policy suggestions are put forward in view of the existing problems.
