基于扎根理論的濱海新區(qū)服務(wù)外包企業(yè)核心競爭力研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的第三次浪潮——服務(wù)全球化的不斷發(fā)展,世界各大跨國公司紛紛采取“歸核化”戰(zhàn)略,,將不承載企業(yè)核心競爭力的業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容交付給服務(wù)外包企業(yè)執(zhí)行。在此背景下,印度等國家的服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)取得了極大的發(fā)展,涌現(xiàn)出一大批如TCS、Wipro等具有一定影響力和知名度的服務(wù)外包企業(yè)。我國也根據(jù)世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展形勢的變化,針對我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和調(diào)整經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式的發(fā)展要求,制訂了如“千百十工程”等一系列促進我國服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策措施。天津濱海新區(qū)作為服務(wù)外包示范基地城市——天津的服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)主要聚集地區(qū),吸引和培育了很多優(yōu)秀的服務(wù)外包企業(yè)。作為新型服務(wù)業(yè)中的吃螃蟹者,這些企業(yè)難免會遇到一些問題,這就需要濱海新區(qū)的服務(wù)外包企業(yè)苦練內(nèi)功,切實提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力,提升企業(yè)的綜合競爭優(yōu)勢,積極應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn)。 本文即是基于扎根理論,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論和服務(wù)外包企業(yè)內(nèi)外部的價值鏈分析,開展對服務(wù)外包企業(yè)核心競爭力的研究。論文的主要研究工作如下: 1、界定了服務(wù)外包及其分類等相關(guān)概念,綜述了核心競爭力領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)理論; 2、闡述了服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,并對濱海新區(qū)服務(wù)外包企業(yè)的內(nèi)部價值鏈和市場競爭格局進行了分析,同時著重研究了服務(wù)外包企業(yè)的俘獲型價值鏈及其優(yōu)化策略,指出濱海新區(qū)服務(wù)外包企業(yè)只有提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力,鞏固競爭優(yōu)勢,才能突破俘獲型價值鏈的束縛; 3、從既有研究結(jié)果出發(fā),總結(jié)提煉企業(yè)核心競爭力的構(gòu)成要素,運用扎根理論對天津市濱海新區(qū)的聯(lián)盟計算機、藥明康德、管委會三家企業(yè)和機構(gòu)展開質(zhì)性研究。通過對深入訪談獲取的一手資料的開放式譯碼——主軸譯碼——選擇性譯碼三個分析過程,得到服務(wù)外包企業(yè)核心競爭力構(gòu)成要素的理論模型; 4、提出在扎根理論研究基礎(chǔ)上提升服務(wù)外包企業(yè)核心競爭力的策略。
[Abstract]:With the third wave of economic globalization-the continuous development of service globalization, the major multinational corporations in the world have adopted the strategy of "refocusing". Delivery of business content that does not carry the core competitiveness of the enterprise to service outsourcing enterprises. In this context, the service industry in India and other countries has made great progress. A large number of service outsourcing enterprises, such as TCSN Wipro and so on, have emerged. According to the changes in the world economic development situation and in view of the current situation of our economic development and the adjustment of economic structure and the development requirements of changing the mode of development, China is also facing the changes in the world economic development situation. A series of policies and measures to promote the development of China's service outsourcing industry, such as the "1000 Ten projects", have been formulated. Tianjin Binhai New area, as a demonstration base for service outsourcing, is the main gathering area of service outsourcing industry in Tianjin. Many excellent service outsourcing enterprises have been attracted and cultivated. As a crab-eater in the new service industry, these enterprises will inevitably encounter some problems, which will require the service outsourcing enterprises in Binhai New area to practice hard their internal skills. Improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, enhance the comprehensive competitive advantage of enterprises, and actively respond to challenges. This paper is based on the rooted theory, combined with the relevant theories and the internal and external value chain analysis of service outsourcing enterprises, to carry out the research on the core competitiveness of service outsourcing enterprises. The main research work of this paper is as follows:. 1. The related concepts of service outsourcing and its classification are defined, and the relevant theories in the field of core competence are summarized. 2. The present situation and development trend of service outsourcing industry are expounded, and the internal value chain and market competition pattern of service outsourcing enterprises in Binhai New area are analyzed. At the same time, the capture value chain of service outsourcing enterprises and its optimization strategy are studied emphatically. It is pointed out that the service outsourcing enterprises in Binhai New area can break through the shackles of capture value chain only by enhancing their core competitiveness and consolidating their competitive advantages. 3, starting from the existing research results, summarizing and refining the components of the core competitiveness of enterprises, applying the rooted theory to the alliance computer of Tianjin Binhai New area, medicine Ming Kant, The three enterprises and institutions of the management committee carried out qualitative research. Through the three analytical processes of open decoding, principal axis decoding and selective decoding of primary data obtained from in-depth interviews, Get the theoretical model of the core competitiveness of service outsourcing enterprises; 4. The strategy of improving the core competence of service outsourcing enterprises is put forward on the basis of theoretical research.
