【摘要】：在大多數(shù)人的認(rèn)知中，德國只是一個(gè)工業(yè)強(qiáng)國，其經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長依賴于享譽(yù)全球的制造業(yè)。殊不知經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的發(fā)展，，德國也進(jìn)入服務(wù)業(yè)大國俱樂部，并且其服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有鮮明的“德國式”的特點(diǎn)。正是由于其服務(wù)業(yè)尤其是產(chǎn)品相關(guān)服務(wù)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的持續(xù)增長和就業(yè)增加，促進(jìn)了德國經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定、持續(xù)增長，即使在金融危機(jī)、歐債危機(jī)的環(huán)境下其經(jīng)濟(jì)在2010年仍以3.6%的速度實(shí)現(xiàn)增長，2011年仍保持較高的質(zhì)量并實(shí)現(xiàn)3.2%的增長，失業(yè)率則達(dá)到近十年來的最低值。德國成功的服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展之道能，為我國服務(wù)業(yè)甚至世界服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供些許啟示和借鑒。 本文主要在服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長理論的基礎(chǔ)上，首先分析了德國服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展情況和服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)，特別是服務(wù)業(yè)促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的機(jī)制。其次，通過實(shí)證證明德國服務(wù)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有促進(jìn)作用。最后通過對我國服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析，結(jié)合自身的實(shí)際情況和德國服務(wù)業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對我國服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和升級、政策支持以及建立完善體系等建議。 本文提出德國現(xiàn)階段的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長主要依賴于其服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展；認(rèn)為服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)關(guān)系是根基與建筑的關(guān)系，因此服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展應(yīng)建立在制造業(yè)健康發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)之上；對德國服務(wù)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系進(jìn)行定量分析。
[Abstract]:In most people's view, Germany is only an industrial power, and its economic growth depends on the world-renowned manufacturing industry. However, after a period of development, Germany has also entered the club of big service countries. Moreover, the development of its service industry has a distinctive "German-style" characteristic. It is precisely because of the sustained growth in its service industry, especially in the product-related service sector, and the increase in employment, that it has promoted the stability and sustained growth of the German economy. Even in the midst of the financial crisis and the European debt crisis, its economy grew at a rate of 3.6% in 2010, and remained high in quality and 3.2% in 2011. The unemployment rate has reached the lowest level in nearly a decade. The successful development of service industry in Germany can provide some enlightenment and reference for the development of our country's service industry and even the world service industry. On the basis of service economy theory and economic growth theory, this paper first analyzes the development of German service industry and the characteristics of service industry development, especially the mechanism of service industry promoting economic growth. It is proved that the service industry of Germany can promote the economic growth. Finally, through the analysis of the current situation of the development of service industry in China, According to the actual situation of our country and the experience of German service industry, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of our country's service industry, such as the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, the policy support and the establishment of perfect system. This paper points out that the economic growth of Germany at present mainly depends on the development of its service industry, and thinks that the relationship between service industry and manufacturing industry is the relationship between foundation and construction, so the development of service industry should be based on the healthy development of manufacturing industry. The relationship between service industry and economic growth in Germany is analyzed quantitatively.
