【摘要】：動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)作為21世紀的核心產(chǎn)業(yè)，在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中起著不可替代的作用。近年來，中國政府開始以前所未有的力度推動動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，數(shù)十家動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)基地、動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)在各地應運“開花”，在此背景下，本文以龍巖動漫科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園為研究對象，研究動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)項目的風險管理問題，有著重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 在對龍巖動漫科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園項目進行充分調(diào)研的基礎上，論文結合國內(nèi)動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境，詳盡地分析龍巖動漫科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園項目的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和威脅，，識別得到這一項目面臨的主要風險有：財務風險、政策風險、技術風險、市場風險以及管理風險。論文在對主要風險進行深入分析和細化的基礎上，建立了動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)園項目的風險評估指標體系；論文比較與吸收了專家咨詢法、頭腦風暴法、文獻閱讀法、層次分析、模糊評價的優(yōu)劣，在二級風險因子的評價上，采取了專家咨詢法，在此基礎上，采用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法相結合的模糊綜合評價法，來評估風險因素和項目的整體風險。應用所給出的指標體系與步驟得到的評估結果表明：本項目的總體風險較低。根據(jù)項目的風險識別和風險評價，并結合項目實際情況，在項目具體實施的過程中，給出龍巖動漫科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)項目的風險防范措施，尤其是對財務風險與政策風險的防范進行了重點的探討，這些措施有助于項目的順利實施、實現(xiàn)園區(qū)開發(fā)的各種預期目標。 本文的研究對于龍巖動漫科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園項目的風險管理有著指導意義，對于其他動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的建設具有借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, animation industry as the core industry, plays an irreplaceable role in economic development. In recent years, the Chinese government has begun to promote the animation industry with unprecedented efforts, dozens of animation industry bases, Under this background, this paper takes Longyan animation industry park as the research object, studies the project risk management of animation industry park, which has important theoretical value and practical significance. On the basis of the full investigation of Longyan animation science and technology industry park project, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Longyan animation science and technology park project in detail, combining with the domestic animation industry status and the external and internal environment of the development. Opportunity and threat, identify the main risks faced by this project: financial risk, policy risk, technical risk, market risk and management risk. This paper establishes the risk assessment index system of animation industry park project, compares and absorbs the expert consultation method, brainstorming method, literature reading method, hierarchical analysis, fuzzy evaluation, in the evaluation of secondary risk factors, the paper compares and absorbs the expert consultation method, the brainstorming method, the literature reading method, the hierarchy analysis, the fuzzy evaluation. The expert consultation method is adopted. On this basis, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which combines AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, is adopted. The evaluation results obtained by applying the index system and the steps given in this paper show that the overall risk of the project is relatively low. According to the risk identification and risk evaluation of the project, and combined with the actual situation of the project, In the process of implementing the project, the paper gives the risk prevention measures of Longyan animation science and technology park project, especially discusses the financial risk and policy risk prevention, these measures are helpful to the smooth implementation of the project. Achieve all expected goals of park development. The research of this paper has guiding significance for the project risk management of Longyan animation science and technology industry park, and has reference value for the construction of other animation industry park.
