【摘要】：大理環(huán)洱海地區(qū)是大理最古老的發(fā)展區(qū)域,作為古南詔王朝文明的起源地,洱海地區(qū)形成了豐富多樣的民族文化,形成了大理旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)中的一塊重要區(qū)域,該地區(qū)的旅游經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對整個大理州旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有著極其重要的作用,住宿作為旅游中的重要組成部分,不僅能夠影響經(jīng)濟效益,而且可以作為文化旅游資源的一部分。環(huán)洱海周邊客棧是當(dāng)?shù)貍鹘y(tǒng)文化的最突出體現(xiàn)和代表,在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展升級的背景下對環(huán)洱海周邊客棧經(jīng)營管理進行研究,一方面能夠促進洱海周邊地區(qū)的旅游發(fā)展,另一方面也可以找到適合洱海周邊地區(qū)客棧經(jīng)營的發(fā)展模式和制約機制,從而采取有效地手段措施,提出適當(dāng)?shù)恼叻结?以確�？蜅０l(fā)展的主方向,最終使環(huán)洱海地區(qū)客棧能夠穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,以有利于大理旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。本文對大理州旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型升級及現(xiàn)狀進行研究,在旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的背景下對環(huán)洱海周邊客棧經(jīng)營進行探究。對客棧的形成和發(fā)展歷史進行研究,尋找客棧發(fā)展的脈絡(luò)。通過對環(huán)洱海周邊客�，F(xiàn)在經(jīng)營狀況的分析得出洱海周邊客棧經(jīng)營的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出加快大理州客棧經(jīng)營發(fā)展的建議。使得洱海周邊客棧的發(fā)展與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)升級發(fā)展的環(huán)境相適應(yīng),實現(xiàn)洱海周邊客棧的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The Erhai area around Dali is the oldest development area in Dali. As the origin of the civilization of the ancient Nanzhao Dynasty, Erhai region has formed a rich and diverse national culture and formed an important area in the tourism industry of Dali. The development of tourism economy in this area plays an extremely important role in the development of tourism industry economy of Dali prefecture. As an important part of tourism, accommodation can not only affect economic benefits. The hostel around Huaner Lake is the most prominent embodiment and representative of local traditional culture. In the context of the development and upgrading of tourism industry, the management of the hostel around Huaner Lake is studied. On the one hand, it can promote the tourism development in the surrounding area of Erhai Lake, on the other hand, it can also find the development mode and restriction mechanism suitable for the hotel management in the surrounding area of Erhai Lake, so as to take effective means and measures and put forward appropriate policy guidelines. In order to ensure the main direction of the development of the inn and finally make the hotel in Huaner Lake region develop steadily, it is beneficial to the transformation of tourism industry and the development of economy in Dali. This paper studies the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry in Dali prefecture and its present situation. Under the background of tourism industry transformation and upgrading, this paper probes into the management of the hostel around Huaner Lake, and studies the formation and development history of the inn. Through the analysis of the current operating situation of the Inn around Erhai Lake, the advantages and disadvantages of the operation of the Inn around Erhai Lake are obtained. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward to speed up the operation and development of the inn in Dali prefecture, so that the development of the inn around Erhai Lake can be adapted to the environment of the upgrading and development of tourism industry, and the benign development of the inn around Erhai Lake can be realized.
