【摘要】：從理論上探討了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化促進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在機制。構(gòu)建了兩部門模型,分析了可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)部門對服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。利用2003—2012年中國服務(wù)業(yè)的省際數(shù)據(jù),運用面板模型對可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)部門的溢出效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了估算,利用DEA方法對服務(wù)業(yè)各行業(yè)的全要素生產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行了測算和分解。結(jié)果表明:可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)部門要素的邊際產(chǎn)出高于不可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)部門,發(fā)展可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)部門有利于服務(wù)業(yè)增長;可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)行業(yè)對不可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)行業(yè)的溢出效應(yīng)為負(fù),原因在于可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)行業(yè)的全要素生產(chǎn)率較低,因此在當(dāng)前發(fā)展階段需要進(jìn)一步對可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)行業(yè)內(nèi)部進(jìn)行優(yōu)化整合。
[Abstract]:This paper theoretically discusses the internal mechanism of standardization to promote the development of service industry, constructs a two-sector model, analyzes the influence of standardisable service sector on the development of service industry, and makes use of the inter-provincial data of China's service industry from 2003 to 2012. The panel model is used to estimate the spillover effect of the standardised service sector. The DEA method is used to measure and decompose the total factor productivity of various service industries. The results show that the marginal output of the service sector is higher than that of the non-standardized service sector. The development of standardised services sector is conducive to the growth of service industry, and the spillover effect of standardisable service industry on non-standardized service industry is negative, because the total factor productivity of standardisable service industry is low, Therefore, it is necessary to optimize and integrate the standardization service industry in the current stage of development.
