【摘要】：本文運用基于回歸方程的夏普里值分解方法,考察了1995-2013年我國服務業(yè)內部不均衡發(fā)展對城市居民收入不均的貢獻和動態(tài)變化。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),服務業(yè)已經成為影響我國城市居民收入差距的首要行業(yè)因素。由于行業(yè)內"進步的"服務業(yè)與"停滯的"服務業(yè)并存,服務業(yè)具有不均衡的二元收入結構。這種不均衡結構對于收入差距的影響日益增大,主要表現(xiàn)為低端的勞動密集型服務業(yè)與其他行業(yè)不斷擴大的收入差距。不僅如此,勞動密集型服務業(yè)內部也有相當大的收入不平等。以上結果表明縮小收入差距政策的重點放在低收入人群會較為有效。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the contribution and dynamic changes of the internal disequilibrium development of service industry to the income inequality of urban residents in China from 1995 to 2013 are investigated by using the method of Sharpley value decomposition based on regression equation. The service industry has become the primary industry factor affecting the income gap of urban residents in China. Because the "progressive" service industry and the "stagnant" service industry coexist in the industry, The service industry has an unbalanced dual income structure, which has an increasing impact on the income gap, mainly manifested in the widening income gap between the low-end labor-intensive service industry and other industries. There is also considerable income inequality within labour-intensive services. These results suggest that policies to narrow the income gap will be more effective if they focus on low-income people.
