異質性企業(yè)研發(fā)外包的動因、機理與模式選擇

【摘要】:研發(fā)工序的分離和技術全球化的發(fā)展催生了企業(yè)的研發(fā)外包活動。研發(fā)外包以一種開放動態(tài)的技術創(chuàng)新模式融入全球化經濟鏈條,并成為技術創(chuàng)新領域的研究熱點。而近年來的貿易實踐表明,企業(yè)的研發(fā)外包與內部研發(fā)兩種現象是并存的,企業(yè)選擇研發(fā)外包的模式日趨復雜化。對于該問題的探討,,傳統(tǒng)貿易理論和新貿易理論都無法得出令人信服的結論。而異質性企業(yè)假定下的新新貿易理論正好迎合了新的貿易實踐,有力的解釋了異質企業(yè)研發(fā)外包模式的選擇。 本文將內部研發(fā)視為一種特殊的研發(fā)外包形式,基于企業(yè)異質性的假定,將(生產)雙向外包模型引入到經典的企業(yè)研發(fā)決策的分析框架,明確劃分了國內研發(fā)外包、國際研發(fā)外包和雙向研發(fā)外包的研發(fā)模式,重新界定了企業(yè)研發(fā)的異質性指標,拓展了相關理論模型。研究結果表明,以企業(yè)TFP和技術吸收能力衡量的異質性是企業(yè)研發(fā)決策重要因素,其高低會影響企業(yè)對不同研發(fā)模式的選擇。進一步研究表明,企業(yè)采用雙向研發(fā)外包的研發(fā)決策,可以通過交叉威脅的優(yōu)勢而緩解與內部和外部供應者三邊談判關系中存在的套牢問題,并產生與單一進行內部研發(fā)或外包相比更高水平的投資及生產率效應。接下來,本文運用我國1999—2008年36個行業(yè)大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)數據,基于DEA Malmquist方法測算了分行業(yè)的TFP值,分別從國內、國際和雙向研發(fā)外包的角度驗證了模型結論對中國的適用性,對我國企業(yè)提升自主創(chuàng)新能力,參與國際分工,促進網絡化創(chuàng)新模式的形成具有深刻的政策涵義。
[Abstract]:The separation of R & D processes and the development of technology globalization give birth to enterprises'R & D outsourcing activities, which are integrated into the global economic chain with an open and dynamic mode of technological innovation. The trade practice in recent years shows that R & D outsourcing and internal R & D exist side by side, and the mode of R & D outsourcing is becoming more and more complicated. Both the traditional trade theory and the new trade theory can not draw a convincing conclusion, but the new and new trade theory under the heterogeneity enterprise hypothesis caters to the new trade practice, which can explain the choice of the R & D outsourcing mode of the heterogeneous enterprise. In this paper, internal R & D is regarded as a special form of R & D outsourcing. Based on the assumption of enterprise heterogeneity, this paper introduces the bidirectional outsourcing model into the classical analytical framework of enterprise R & D decision, and clearly divides domestic R & D outsourcing. The models of international R & D outsourcing and two-way R & D outsourcing redefine the heterogeneity of enterprise R & D and expand the relevant theoretical models. The heterogeneity measured by enterprise TFP and technology absorption ability is an important factor in enterprise R & D decision-making, which will influence the choice of different R & D modes. Further research shows that R & D decision of enterprise adopts bidirectional R & D outsourcing. The advantages of cross-threat can alleviate the trapping problems in trilateral negotiations with internal and external suppliers and produce higher levels of investment and productivity effects than single internal R & D or outsourcing. Based on the data of 36 large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China from 1999 to 2008, this paper calculates the TFP value of different industries based on the DEA Malmquist method, and verifies the applicability of the model conclusion to China from the perspectives of domestic, international and two-way R & D outsourcing, respectively. It has profound policy implications for Chinese enterprises to enhance their independent innovation ability, participate in international division of labor, and promote the formation of networked innovation model.
