【摘要】：隨著我國改革開放的不斷深化和經(jīng)濟全球化趨勢的日益明顯,天津市吸引外商直接投資(FDI)的規(guī)模也在不斷擴大，其中服務(wù)業(yè)FDI所占比重在不斷增大。從改革開放至今,外商直接投資在推動天津市經(jīng)濟增長方面扮演了關(guān)鍵性的角色。而就業(yè)是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展一個很重要的方面。服務(wù)業(yè)FDI的大量流入,對天津市的就業(yè)也做出了一定的貢獻。但是隨著越來越多的外商直接投資進入,其對天津的投資方式和投資的資本技術(shù)含量都在發(fā)生深刻的變化,相對應(yīng)服務(wù)業(yè)FDI對就業(yè)的影響也不斷發(fā)生變化。因此,為了更好的認識FDI與天津市就業(yè)之間的關(guān)系以及更好地促進其對天津就業(yè)的積極貢獻,圍繞外商直接投資對就業(yè)產(chǎn)生的綜合影響的深入研究是十分必要且有意義的。本文把天津市服務(wù)業(yè)外商直接投資的就業(yè)效應(yīng)作為一個研究體系,研究外商直接投資對就業(yè)數(shù)量以及就業(yè)質(zhì)量的影響,在此過程中運用定性分析和定量分析等方法。 本文通過大量的國內(nèi)外文獻回顧了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于FDI和就業(yè)的研究，緊接著分析了外國直接投資對就業(yè)影響的機理和天津市服務(wù)業(yè)FDI以及就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。以此為基礎(chǔ)對天津市服務(wù)業(yè)FDI的就業(yè)效應(yīng)進行實證分析，結(jié)果顯示，服務(wù)業(yè)FDI對天津市全社會就業(yè)總?cè)藬?shù)沒有任何影響，即服務(wù)業(yè)FDI的增長并不能帶來全社會就業(yè)總?cè)藬?shù)的增加，而服務(wù)業(yè)FDI對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的就業(yè)人數(shù)增加有推動作用；服務(wù)業(yè)FDI與服務(wù)業(yè)的平均工資不存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系，工資的增長原因更多受國內(nèi)投資，物價水平等其他因素影響；結(jié)果表明，服務(wù)業(yè)FDI對促進第三產(chǎn)業(yè)勞動生產(chǎn)率的提高有明顯推動作用。基于以上的分析在本文結(jié)尾提出了更好的利用服務(wù)業(yè)外商直接投資提高天津市就業(yè)質(zhì)量以及數(shù)量的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the increasingly obvious trend of economic globalization, the scale of Tianjin's attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) is also expanding, in which the proportion of service industry FDI is continuously increasing. Foreign direct investment (FDI) plays a key role in promoting Tianjin's economic growth. Employment is a very important aspect of economic development. But as more and more foreign direct investment (FDI) enters, the way it invests in Tianjin and the capital technology content of its investment are undergoing profound changes. Therefore, in order to better understand the relationship between FDI and Tianjin's employment and promote its positive contribution to Tianjin's employment, It is necessary and meaningful to study the comprehensive effect of FDI on employment. This paper regards the employment effect of FDI in service industry in Tianjin as a research system. This paper studies the influence of foreign direct investment on the quantity and quality of employment, and applies qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis in the process. This paper reviews the research on FDI and employment at home and abroad through a large number of domestic and foreign literature. Then, it analyzes the mechanism of FDI's influence on employment, the FDI of service industry and the present situation of employment in Tianjin. Based on this, the author makes an empirical analysis on the employment effect of FDI in Tianjin's service industry, and the results show that, The FDI of service industry has no effect on the total number of people employed in Tianjin, that is, the increase of FDI in service industry can not bring about the increase of the total number of employment in the whole society, while FDI in service industry can promote the increase of employment in the tertiary industry. There is no positive correlation between FDI of service industry and average wage of service industry, and the reasons for wage increase are more influenced by domestic investment, price level and other factors. Based on the above analysis, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to make better use of foreign direct investment in service industry to improve the quality and quantity of employment in Tianjin.
