【摘要】：本文基于社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論集中探討了東道國酒店聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)中兩大社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)位置屬性——網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性和網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介性對酒店國際合作伙伴選擇的影響過程。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,位于當(dāng)?shù)鼐W(wǎng)絡(luò)中心位置的酒店比中介位置的酒店更易成為國際酒店的合作伙伴,但該關(guān)系受到國際酒店在東道國的市場經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及國際酒店能力兩種因素的調(diào)節(jié)影響。當(dāng)國際酒店具有較為豐富的東道國市場經(jīng)驗(yàn)和較高能力時,更傾向于選擇當(dāng)?shù)刂薪槲恢镁频甓侵行奈恢镁频曜鳛槠浜献骰锇椤Ｎ覈频陿I(yè)國內(nèi)聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)的數(shù)據(jù)支持了相關(guān)假設(shè),這對我國酒店在海外建立社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)和選擇東道國合作伙伴都具有重要的啟發(fā)與借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of social network, this paper focuses on the influence of the location attributes of the two social networks in the hotel alliance network of the host country-network centrality and network intermediation-on the selection of hotel international partners. The empirical results show that, Hotels located in the center of the local network are more likely to be partners in international hotels than those located in intermediary locations. However, the relationship is influenced by the market experience of the international hotel in the host country and the international hotel capability. When the international hotel has rich market experience and higher ability in the host country, We prefer local intermediary hotel to central location hotel as its partner. Our hotel industry domestic alliance network data support the related hypothesis. It has important inspiration and reference value for Chinese hotels to set up social network abroad and choose the partners of host country.
