【摘要】：我國第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展正處于加速階段，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中的服務業(yè)與流通業(yè)的產(chǎn)值與就業(yè)吸納能力逐年穩(wěn)步上升，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)占整體經(jīng)濟比重已超過第二產(chǎn)業(yè)成為國民生產(chǎn)總值中的首要產(chǎn)業(yè)部門。在現(xiàn)階段，我國第三產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為城鎮(zhèn)化進程的重要動力之一，為了使我國城鎮(zhèn)化能夠順利進行，農(nóng)業(yè)富余勞動力能夠穩(wěn)妥的向非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，有必要對城鎮(zhèn)化與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的關(guān)系進行深入研究，探索現(xiàn)階段我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程中的主要推動力與城鎮(zhèn)化過程對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響，并試圖從兩者的關(guān)系中找到使城鎮(zhèn)化與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)良性互動的方法。 本文在綜合前人理論的基礎(chǔ)上，首先分析了我國的城鎮(zhèn)化與我國的第三產(chǎn)業(yè)各自的特點，具體觀察我國城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化的關(guān)系，并找到第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中處于主要地位的行業(yè)。之后，結(jié)合我國城鎮(zhèn)化與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)特點，通過計量分析，應用灰色統(tǒng)計理論，研究城鎮(zhèn)化與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)間的相互影響關(guān)系，對影響城鎮(zhèn)化的各因素的大小進行排序，揭示改革開放后第三產(chǎn)業(yè)對城鎮(zhèn)化的影響地位變化，分析城鎮(zhèn)化進程對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響。最后，結(jié)合我國第三產(chǎn)業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化特點，，提出我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程中存在的問題以及相對應的政策建議。分析結(jié)果表明，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)超過第二產(chǎn)業(yè)成為我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程的主要推動力，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)對城鎮(zhèn)化的推動力從改革開放后提升明顯，第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中的傳統(tǒng)服務業(yè)與新興服務業(yè)的推動力要高于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中的流通行業(yè)，城鎮(zhèn)化對第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的促進作用存在一定的滯后性。
[Abstract]:The development of tertiary industry in China is in the accelerating stage. The output value and employment absorption ability of service industry and circulation industry in the tertiary industry are rising steadily year by year. The proportion of tertiary industry in the overall economy has surpassed that of the secondary industry, which has become the primary industrial sector in the gross national product. At the present stage, the tertiary industry has become an important driving force in the process of urbanization. In order to make the urbanization of our country carry on smoothly, the surplus labor force of agriculture can transfer steadily to the non-agricultural industry, it is necessary to study the relationship between urbanization and the tertiary industry in depth. This paper probes into the main driving force in the process of urbanization and the influence of urbanization on the tertiary industry at the present stage, and tries to find a way to make the urbanization interact with the tertiary industry in the light of the relationship between the two. Based on the previous theories, this paper first analyzes the characteristics of urbanization and tertiary industry in China, and observes the relationship between urbanization and industrialization. After that, combining the characteristics of urbanization and tertiary industry in our country, through econometric analysis, the grey statistical theory is applied. This paper studies the interaction between urbanization and tertiary industry, sorts the factors that affect urbanization, and reveals the change of the influence status of tertiary industry on urbanization after reform and opening up. Finally, according to the characteristics of China's tertiary industry and urbanization, the problems in the process of urbanization and the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward. The tertiary industry has surpassed the secondary industry to become the main driving force of the urbanization process in our country, and the impetus of the tertiary industry to urbanization has been obviously improved from the reform and opening up to the outside world. The driving force of the traditional service industry and the emerging service industry in the tertiary industry is higher than that of the circulation industry in the tertiary industry, and urbanization has a certain lag in promoting the tertiary industry.
