【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,我國的旅游業(yè)也進入了一個穩(wěn)步發(fā)展時期。在高檔星級酒店發(fā)展的同時,由國外傳入的“經(jīng)濟型酒店”在國內(nèi)也成為熱點。它以其優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)、低廉的價格越來越被廣大的消費者接受。但在迅猛發(fā)展的同時,也暴露出許多問題和隱患。經(jīng)濟型酒店同質(zhì)化的嚴重、競爭的無序、理論的缺失、人才的匱乏,都成為制約其發(fā)展的弊端。 本文在結(jié)構(gòu)上共分為六章。從研究的背景起,闡述了當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟型酒店的概念及發(fā)展,分析了我國經(jīng)濟型酒店發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,提出了我國經(jīng)濟型酒店的發(fā)展策略,并結(jié)合了如家酒店的發(fā)展分析,總結(jié)出了我國經(jīng)濟型酒店發(fā)展的結(jié)論和展望。 面對激烈的競爭和同質(zhì)化問題,我國的經(jīng)濟型酒店不僅要學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒國外的先進管理經(jīng)驗,還必須充分研究國情,從經(jīng)濟型酒店的營銷策略、管理策略等方面入手,增強收益管理、成本控制、人才資源管理和先進技術(shù)的引進,選擇合適的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,充分利用成本領(lǐng)先和差異化戰(zhàn)略,采用集團化發(fā)展模式,提高連鎖經(jīng)營管理優(yōu)勢,走出一條適合中國國情、符合中國消費觀念的經(jīng)濟型酒店的發(fā)展途徑。這個新興行業(yè)在我國具有非常廣闊的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the tourism industry in China has entered a period of steady development, at the same time of the development of high-end star hotels. The "economy hotel" introduced from abroad has also become a hot spot in China. It is accepted by more and more consumers with its high quality service and low price. But at the same time, it is developing rapidly. The homogenization of economic hotels, the disorder of competition, the lack of theory and the shortage of talents have all become the drawbacks that restrict the development of economy hotels. This paper is divided into six chapters in structure. From the background of the research, this paper expounds the concept and development of economic hotel, analyzes the present situation of economic hotel development in China, and puts forward the development strategy of economic hotel in China. Combined with the development analysis of 24Home Hotel 24, the conclusion and prospect of economic hotel development in China are summarized. In the face of fierce competition and homogeneity, economic hotels in our country should not only learn and learn from the advanced management experience of foreign countries, but also fully study the national conditions and marketing strategies of economic hotels. Start with the management strategy, strengthen the income management, cost control, talent resource management and the introduction of advanced technology, choose the appropriate management strategy, make full use of cost leading and differentiation strategy. Adopting the development mode of collectivization to improve the advantages of chain management and go out of the way to suit the national conditions of China. The new industry has a very broad development prospect in China.
