【摘要】:醫(yī)療設(shè)備是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要要素,醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)是醫(yī)療設(shè)備正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),充分發(fā)揮醫(yī)療設(shè)備效能的重要保證。但現(xiàn)行的醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)中,醫(yī)院自修由于受有限的維修力量制約,維修時間和質(zhì)量往往缺乏保障;原廠商維修雖然維修質(zhì)量可靠,但由于存在技術(shù)壟斷,價格往往高昂;第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)則在維修技術(shù)和質(zhì)量都有保障,且在價格和服務(wù)上的更是具有明顯優(yōu)勢,是中小醫(yī)院進(jìn)行醫(yī)療設(shè)備維修的重要選擇。目前第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)己成為我國醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)中的重要組成部分。 然而,當(dāng)前我國第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)企業(yè)數(shù)目眾多,技術(shù)實力參差不齊、市場信譽(yù)度較差,嚴(yán)重制約了我國第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,為了構(gòu)建核心競爭力、實現(xiàn)資源共享、提高服務(wù)水平和產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度,推動第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)企業(yè)有必要建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟。為此,本文首先闡述了研究第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)企業(yè)的研究背景及意義,并利用文獻(xiàn)檢索法對此論題相關(guān)的第三方服務(wù)和戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的國內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,從而確定了本文的研究內(nèi)容。 本文在已有的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,分析了我國第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,采用SWOT分析方法對我國第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行研究,認(rèn)為我國第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)業(yè)在服務(wù)價格、反應(yīng)速度、技術(shù)人員方面存在著不可比擬的優(yōu)勢,且隨著醫(yī)療設(shè)備總量增長迅速、醫(yī)療設(shè)備社會化服務(wù)的興起,我國第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)業(yè)面臨著發(fā)展壯大的良好機(jī)遇。但是,由于提供第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)的企業(yè)往往是中小型企業(yè),大都在技術(shù)更新、專業(yè)培訓(xùn)、配件供給上存在劣勢,甚至還要面臨著壟斷維修核心技術(shù)的原廠為代表的其他維修力量的巨大競爭壓力。 進(jìn)一步的分析認(rèn)為,我國第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)企業(yè)有必要建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟,同時市場和技術(shù)條件也為第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)企業(yè)建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟提供了有力的保障。 最后,本文探討了企業(yè)實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的具體方案,并利用案例分析方法對我國第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟進(jìn)行了具體分析。此外,本文還為第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)企業(yè)做好戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟給出了幾點建議,以期能夠更好地指導(dǎo)第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)企業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟實踐,推動我國第三方醫(yī)療設(shè)備服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Medical equipment is an important factor in the development of modern medical and health undertakings. Medical equipment service is an important guarantee for the normal operation of medical equipment and the full play of medical equipment efficiency. But in the current medical equipment service. Hospital self-study is limited by the limited maintenance force, the maintenance time and quality are often lack of guarantee; Although the maintenance quality of the original manufacturer is reliable, but because of the technical monopoly, the price is often high; The third party medical equipment service has the safeguard in the maintenance technology and the quality, and has the obvious superiority in the price and the service. The third party medical equipment service has become an important part of medical equipment service in our country. However, at present, the number of third-party medical equipment service enterprises in China is numerous, the technical strength is uneven, and the market reputation is poor, which seriously restricts the development of the third party medical equipment service industry in China. In order to build core competitiveness, realize resource sharing, improve service level and industrial concentration, and promote the development of third-party medical equipment service industry, it is necessary for third-party medical equipment service enterprises to establish strategic alliance. This paper first describes the research background and significance of the third party medical equipment service enterprises, and uses the literature retrieval method to analyze the domestic and foreign research literature about the third party service and strategic alliance. Thus, the research content of this paper is determined. Based on the existing research, this paper analyzes the current situation of the third party medical equipment service industry in China, and uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the third party medical equipment service industry in China. The opportunity and challenge are studied, and it is concluded that there are incomparable advantages in the service price, reaction speed and technical personnel in the third-party medical equipment service industry in China, and with the rapid growth of the total amount of medical equipment. With the rise of socialized medical equipment service, China's third-party medical equipment service industry is faced with a good opportunity to develop and expand. However, because of providing third-party medical equipment service enterprises are often small and medium-sized enterprises. Most of them have disadvantages in technology renewal, professional training, spare parts supply, and even face the huge competitive pressure of other maintenance forces represented by the original factory which monopolizes the core technology of maintenance. Further analysis shows that it is necessary to establish strategic alliance for the third party medical equipment service enterprises in China. At the same time, the market and technical conditions also provide a strong guarantee for third-party medical equipment service enterprises to establish strategic alliance. Finally, this paper discusses the specific plan of realizing strategic alliance, and uses the case analysis method to analyze the strategic alliance of the third party medical equipment service enterprises in our country. In addition. This paper also gives some suggestions for the third party medical equipment service enterprises to do a good job of strategic alliance, in order to better guide the third party medical equipment service enterprises to carry out the strategic alliance practice. Promote the development of third-party medical equipment service industry in China.
