【摘要】：構(gòu)建了研發(fā)存在投資溢出環(huán)境下的多委托-多代理研發(fā)外包模型,研究了發(fā)包方與承包方的研發(fā)外包決策,得出了發(fā)包方的最優(yōu)外包策略以及承包方的最優(yōu)研發(fā)投資策略,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了投資溢出對承包方研發(fā)投入的影響。研究表明,研發(fā)能力較強或研發(fā)成果市場收益較大的承包方會隨投資溢出的變大而增加研發(fā)投入;承包方研發(fā)總投入會隨研發(fā)能力較弱或研發(fā)成果市場收益較小的承包方的投資溢出變大而提高。
[Abstract]:The model of multi-principal-multi-agent R & D outsourcing under the environment of R & D investment spillover is constructed, and the decision of R & D outsourcing between the issuer and the contractor is studied. The optimal outsourcing strategy of the issuer and the optimal R & D investment strategy of the contractor are obtained, and on this basis, the impact of investment spillover on the R & D investment of the contractor is analyzed. Contractors with stronger R & D capability or greater market returns of R & D results will increase R & D investment with the increase of investment spillover; The total R & D investment of the contractor will increase with the increase of the investment spillover of the contractor whose R & D capability is weak or the market income of R & D results is small.
