【摘要】：濰坊是山東半島上的園林城市，被稱為世界風箏之都，風箏文化傳承千年，境內(nèi)擁有豐富的自然資源以及人文資源，2011年，濰坊市被評為“2011全國十大特色休閑城市之一”。十二五期間，構(gòu)建“生態(tài)濰坊”、“綠色濰坊”以及“創(chuàng)意濰坊”是濰坊經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要目標。但是濰坊市的旅游等休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)等相對與青島、煙臺等省內(nèi)城市依然有較大差距，與省外休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達的城市之間的差距更大，并有不斷拉大的趨勢，濰坊市休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展狀況與濰坊市豐富的文化資源、旅游資源等是不匹配的。 本文對濰坊市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、體育產(chǎn)業(yè)以及娛樂產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展進行了調(diào)查分析。根據(jù)山東省2011年統(tǒng)計年鑒提供的一些相關數(shù)據(jù)，將濰坊市與青島、煙臺、濟南等休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展比較好的城市進行比較，詳細的闡述了濰坊市休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀與問題。論文結(jié)合濰坊市資源現(xiàn)狀、休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀等，提出濰坊市休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展路徑，并且對濰坊市休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提出自己的政策建議。 文章主要有六個部分構(gòu)成，第一部分是文章的導論，論述本文的研究背景與意義，第二部分論述休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)的定義，以及發(fā)展休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)的基本理論等，認為休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)是有消費者的休閑需求引發(fā)的提供休閑產(chǎn)品和服務的企業(yè)及其相關企業(yè)構(gòu)成的企業(yè)群，是與人的休閑生活、休閑行為以及休閑需求密切相關的產(chǎn)業(yè)領域；第三部分論述濰坊市發(fā)展休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)的可行性以及必要性，通過濰坊市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況、資源分布狀況以及山東省、濰坊市對于休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)扶助政策等，研究了濰坊市發(fā)展休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)的必要性以及可行性；第四部分論述濰坊市休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及問題，旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)是濰坊市休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)實力增強，體育產(chǎn)業(yè)有很大潛力，餐飲娛樂產(chǎn)業(yè)等相對落后；第五部分論述濰坊市休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展路徑，從優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、完善休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、城鄉(xiāng)休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化發(fā)展、構(gòu)建山東省整體優(yōu)勢以及創(chuàng)新營銷六個方面提出了濰坊市發(fā)展休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展路徑；第六部分提出促進濰坊市休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議，提出濰坊市應該對休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)進行整體規(guī)劃，，加強政府引導，深入貫徹十二五發(fā)展規(guī)劃等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Weifang is a garden city in Shandong Peninsula, known as the capital of kites in the world. Kite culture has passed on for thousands of years, and there are abundant natural resources and human resources in the territory, in 2011. Weifang City was named "2011 one of the top ten characteristic leisure cities". During the 12th Five-Year Plan, the construction of "ecological Weifang". "Green Weifang" and "creative Weifang" are the important targets of Weifang's economic development. But Weifang's tourism and other leisure industries are still relatively different from cities in Qingdao, Yantai and other provinces. The gap between the leisure industry and the developed cities outside the province is bigger, and there is a growing trend. The development of the leisure industry in Weifang is not matched with the rich cultural resources and tourism resources of Weifang. This paper investigates and analyzes the development of tourism industry, culture industry, sports industry and entertainment industry in Weifang City. According to some relevant data provided by Shandong Province Statistical Yearbook in 2011, Weifang City and Qingdao are put forward. Yantai, Jinan and other leisure industry development of better cities for comparison, elaborated in detail Weifang leisure industry development status and problems. Combined with Weifang resources, leisure industry development status quo. This paper puts forward the development path of Weifang leisure industry, and puts forward its own policy suggestions to Weifang leisure industry development. The first part is the introduction of the article, discusses the research background and significance of this article, the second part discusses the definition of leisure industry, as well as the basic theory of the development of leisure industry. The author thinks that leisure industry is a group of enterprises providing leisure products and services and related enterprises, which is caused by the leisure demand of consumers, and it is the leisure life of people. Leisure behavior and leisure demand are closely related to the industrial field; The third part discusses the feasibility and necessity of the development of leisure industry in Weifang City, through the economic development of Weifang City, the distribution of resources and the policy of supporting leisure industry in Shandong Province and Weifang City. The necessity and feasibility of developing leisure industry in Weifang are studied. The 4th part discusses the current situation and problems of the development of Weifang leisure industry. Tourism industry is the pillar industry of Weifang leisure industry. The strength of cultural industry is enhanced and the sports industry has great potential. Catering and entertainment industry is relatively backward; Part 5th discusses the development path of leisure industry in Weifang, from the optimization of industrial layout, the improvement of leisure industry chain, the integration of urban and rural leisure industry development. Constructing the overall advantage of Shandong Province and innovative marketing six aspects of Weifang City to develop leisure industry development path; Part 6th puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the development of leisure industry in Weifang City, and puts forward that Weifang City should carry out the overall planning of leisure industry, strengthen the guidance of the government, and carry out the policy suggestions of the 12th Five-Year Plan in depth.
