【摘要】:國家提出中職畢業(yè)的學生進入高職學校繼續(xù)學習的比例每年要不斷擴大,給更多的中職學生繼續(xù)教育的機會。在傳統(tǒng)課程教學思想的影響下,我國的酒店專業(yè)的中等和高等職業(yè)教育課程體系課程結構、教育課程等內容出現(xiàn)了比較嚴重的重復現(xiàn)象,高職較中職沒有體現(xiàn)出更多的廣泛性和深刻性。這些都制約了酒店職業(yè)教育的健康發(fā)展,降低了整體辦學效益。因此做好中高職酒店專業(yè)課程體系銜接的研究非常重要。從社會發(fā)展上講,發(fā)展和實現(xiàn)酒店專業(yè)兩個層次與階段的職業(yè)教育的有機結合是社會發(fā)展的必然趨勢。本文研究的重點是中高職酒店專業(yè)課程體系的銜接。本文一共包括了六個部分的內容,第一部分是文章的緒論,闡述了本篇文章的研究背景和研究的意義,核心概念界定、研究的理論依據、文獻綜述和研究方法等。第二部分討論了中高職酒店專業(yè)課程體系銜接現(xiàn)狀調查,分別從酒店中職升高職學生學習情況、中高職酒店專業(yè)授課老師問卷、酒店專業(yè)中職學生升學意愿調查和酒店行業(yè)人才需求調查等四方面進行了調查說明,并闡述了存在的問題。第三部分則研究了影響中高職酒店專業(yè)在課程銜接的因素分析,并分別從學校層面、學生層面、教師層面和社會層面來進行分析。第四部分則研究了中高職酒店專業(yè)課程銜接的基本設想。第五部分為提高中高職酒店專業(yè)課程銜接的建議,最后一部分為結論。
[Abstract]:The state proposes that the proportion of students graduating from secondary vocational school to continue to study in higher vocational schools should be expanded every year to give more secondary vocational school students the opportunity of continuing education under the influence of traditional curriculum teaching ideas. In our country, the curriculum structure and educational curriculum of the secondary and higher vocational education system of hotel specialty have appeared more serious repetition phenomenon. Higher vocational education does not reflect more extensive and profound, which restricts the healthy development of hotel vocational education. Reduce the overall efficiency of running a school. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job in the study of the connection of the curriculum system of hotel specialty in the middle and higher vocational colleges, from the perspective of social development. It is an inevitable trend of social development to develop and realize the organic combination of two levels and stages of vocational education in hotel specialty. The emphasis of this paper is the connection of curriculum system of hotel specialty in middle and higher vocational colleges. The content. The first part is the introduction of the article, which expounds the research background and significance of this article, the definition of core concepts, the theoretical basis of the study. Literature review and research methods. The second part discusses the current situation of the hotel curriculum system in higher vocational schools, from the hotel vocational education students learning situation, higher vocational hotel teaching teachers questionnaire. The investigation of the students' willingness to advance to higher education and the investigation of the demand for talents in the hotel industry are illustrated in four aspects. The third part studies the factors that affect the course convergence of hotel majors in middle and higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the factors from the school level, the student level. In the 4th part, the author studies the basic idea of the connection of hotel courses in higher vocational schools. Part 5th is the suggestion to improve the connection of hotel courses in higher vocational schools. The last part is the conclusion.
