【摘要】:隨著酒店服務業(yè)的快速發(fā)展和國內酒店管理的日趨成熟,越來越多的酒店管理者認識到:人才競爭是現(xiàn)代酒店行業(yè)最重要的競爭,人才培養(yǎng)已成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的首要任務之一。新員工培訓作為人力資源開發(fā)的重要組成部分,對提高員工素質,提升其滿意度和忠誠度并最終減少其人員流失具有重要作用。如何建立符合酒店自身行業(yè)特點的新員工培訓方案一直是許多酒店關注的問題。通過對A溫泉酒店新員工培訓現(xiàn)狀的分析,指出其新員工培訓存在培訓缺乏反饋和激勵機制、缺乏對部門、崗位培訓師資的管理、培訓缺乏系統(tǒng)性、培訓內容欠完整,沒有針對性,不能滿足新員工需求、缺乏培訓效果評估等的主要問題。運用了培訓的相關理論,結合酒店的實際情況,針對其新員工培訓存在的這些問題提出了建立新員工培訓反饋與考核激勵機制、加強新員工培訓師資管理、健全新員工培訓內容及培訓方法等解決措施。希望這些措施在A溫泉酒店運用后獲得良好的效果,當然也希望為其他類似的酒店起到指導作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the domestic hotel management and hotel service industry is becoming more and more mature, more and more hotel managers recognize that the competition for talents is the most important competition of Moderno Hotel industry, personnel training has become one of the major tasks of modern enterprises. The new staff training as an important part of human resource development, to improve the quality of staff, enhance their satisfaction and loyalty and ultimately reduce the loss of personnel has an important role. How to establish the new employee training program in line with the hotel's own characteristics of the industry has been in many hotels concern. Through the analysis of the current situation of A The Springs Hotel in the training of new employees, the new employee training are lack of training feedback and incentive mechanism, the lack of the Department, the post training staff the management, the lack of systematic training, training content is not complete, not targeted, can not meet the demands of new employee, lack of training The main problem of evaluation. Using the theory of training, combined with the actual situation of the hotel, for the training of new employees of these problems and proposed the new staff training and assessment feedback incentive mechanism, strengthen the training of new employees and improve the management of teachers, new employee training content and training methods and so on. I hope these measures to obtain good results in the A The Springs Hotel after use, also hope to guide to other similar hotels.
