【摘要】:隨著酒店服務(wù)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展和國(guó)內(nèi)酒店管理的日趨成熟,越來(lái)越多的酒店管理者認(rèn)識(shí)到:人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是現(xiàn)代酒店行業(yè)最重要的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),人才培養(yǎng)已成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的首要任務(wù)之一。新員工培訓(xùn)作為人力資源開發(fā)的重要組成部分,對(duì)提高員工素質(zhì),提升其滿意度和忠誠(chéng)度并最終減少其人員流失具有重要作用。如何建立符合酒店自身行業(yè)特點(diǎn)的新員工培訓(xùn)方案一直是許多酒店關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)A溫泉酒店新員工培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀的分析,指出其新員工培訓(xùn)存在培訓(xùn)缺乏反饋和激勵(lì)機(jī)制、缺乏對(duì)部門、崗位培訓(xùn)師資的管理、培訓(xùn)缺乏系統(tǒng)性、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容欠完整,沒(méi)有針對(duì)性,不能滿足新員工需求、缺乏培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估等的主要問(wèn)題。運(yùn)用了培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合酒店的實(shí)際情況,針對(duì)其新員工培訓(xùn)存在的這些問(wèn)題提出了建立新員工培訓(xùn)反饋與考核激勵(lì)機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)新員工培訓(xùn)師資管理、健全新員工培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容及培訓(xùn)方法等解決措施。希望這些措施在A溫泉酒店運(yùn)用后獲得良好的效果,當(dāng)然也希望為其他類似的酒店起到指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the domestic hotel management and hotel service industry is becoming more and more mature, more and more hotel managers recognize that the competition for talents is the most important competition of Moderno Hotel industry, personnel training has become one of the major tasks of modern enterprises. The new staff training as an important part of human resource development, to improve the quality of staff, enhance their satisfaction and loyalty and ultimately reduce the loss of personnel has an important role. How to establish the new employee training program in line with the hotel's own characteristics of the industry has been in many hotels concern. Through the analysis of the current situation of A The Springs Hotel in the training of new employees, the new employee training are lack of training feedback and incentive mechanism, the lack of the Department, the post training staff the management, the lack of systematic training, training content is not complete, not targeted, can not meet the demands of new employee, lack of training The main problem of evaluation. Using the theory of training, combined with the actual situation of the hotel, for the training of new employees of these problems and proposed the new staff training and assessment feedback incentive mechanism, strengthen the training of new employees and improve the management of teachers, new employee training content and training methods and so on. I hope these measures to obtain good results in the A The Springs Hotel after use, also hope to guide to other similar hotels.
