在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的酒店行業(yè),有效的培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)、重視員工的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展是建立高水平的職業(yè)化隊(duì)伍、提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)于即將開(kāi)業(yè)參與激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的HLD酒店,“把每一位員工塑造成有用之才”,是該酒店對(duì)員工成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展的規(guī)劃。筆者作為該酒店的人力資源經(jīng)理,希望通過(guò)建立一套適合該酒店的培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),提高員工各方面的能力與素質(zhì),提高員工的工作績(jī)效,建立良好的企業(yè)文化,,保證HLD酒店順利開(kāi)業(yè)和正常運(yùn)行,并在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中贏得優(yōu)勢(shì)。而且也希望這篇論文在對(duì)HLD酒店員工培訓(xùn)工作的開(kāi)展起到良好作用的同時(shí),能為其他酒店同行尤其是中國(guó)人自己管理的酒店開(kāi)展培訓(xùn)工作時(shí)提供參考。 本論文從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述: 第一部分,闡述了HLD酒店員工培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)研究與設(shè)計(jì)的背景與目的,及HLD酒店近況。 第二部分,綜述現(xiàn)代培訓(xùn)理論與策略。 第三部分,介紹了飯店業(yè)概況及其行業(yè)特點(diǎn),以及飯店業(yè)人力資源管理與培訓(xùn)。 第四部分,結(jié)合相關(guān)的理論知識(shí),針對(duì)飯店開(kāi)業(yè)前與開(kāi)業(yè)后不同時(shí)期,對(duì)HLD酒店的培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究和設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)其培訓(xùn)效果分別進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。 第五部分,通過(guò)對(duì)HLD酒店員工培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的效果評(píng)價(jià),淺析淺析該培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)和不足,并提出相應(yīng)的改善計(jì)劃,以期對(duì)同行企業(yè)在人力資源管理中的培訓(xùn)工作提供借鑒和幫助。
【Abstract】 As an effective training system and taking care of employee career development are the foundation of building a first-class workforce and improving the competence a hotel. The HLD Hotel, a newborn hotel, takes ’To help every employee to be capable’ as career development plan of their employees. As the Human Resources Manager of HLD Hotel, she aims to set up a training system that adapts to the development of the hotel and through which to improve the competence and efficiency of employees, to establish the culture of the hotel and to ensure the smooth opening and operation. The author hopes that this thesis will not only be of use to HLD Hotel, but also for the hotels’ managed by our Chinese reference.This thesis states as following aspects:Part I , introduction of hotel human resources situation and the background and intention of training.Part II statement of contemporary training theory and method.Part III,introduction of hotel industry and its characteristics and hotel human resources management and training.Part IV,research and design of employee training system of HLD on the different period of the hotel opening. And appraisal of its training effect.Part V, the analysis of the disadvantage of this training system through appraisal, and provide action plans to improve. The author also hopes to provide some reference to the management of hotel industry.
