工成長和發(fā)展的規(guī)劃筆者作為該酒店的人力資源經(jīng)理,希望通過建立一套
適合該酒店的培訓系統(tǒng),提高員工各方面的能力與素質(zhì),提高員工的工作績
效,建立良好的企業(yè)文化,保證HLD酒店順利開業(yè)和正常運轉(zhuǎn),并在市場競
爭中贏得優(yōu)勢而且也希望這篇論文在對HLD酒店員工培訓工作的開展起到
