【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口的市民化、城鎮(zhèn)化是新型工業(yè)化的核心,而舉家遷移又成為農(nóng)民工市民化的重要標(biāo)志,一方面,農(nóng)村女性跟隨家人來(lái)到城市生活就業(yè)后,,這部分群體為城市的服務(wù)業(yè)提供了充足的勞動(dòng)力;另一方面,隨著城市家庭的小型化和人口老齡化的趨勢(shì),城市家庭對(duì)家政服務(wù)產(chǎn)生了剛性需求,而家政服務(wù)業(yè)的彈性工作時(shí)間和學(xué)歷特征也符合女性農(nóng)民工的學(xué)歷特征和方便照顧家庭的需求,使得女性農(nóng)民工成為家政服務(wù)業(yè)的穩(wěn)定從業(yè)群體。 本文以城市對(duì)家政服務(wù)的供給、需求均衡的市場(chǎng)機(jī)制為主線,來(lái)研究家政從業(yè)人員的就業(yè)機(jī)制問(wèn)題,而女性農(nóng)民工從事家政服務(wù)的就業(yè)機(jī)制是以工資的決定調(diào)整機(jī)制為基礎(chǔ),以家政從業(yè)人員、雇主和中介組織這三方主體中的每一方以及三方互動(dòng)對(duì)家政就業(yè)的影響機(jī)制為核心,其中重點(diǎn)研究了家政從業(yè)人員的就業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)和自身的資本結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)其本身就業(yè)的影響,突出了雇主與家政從業(yè)人員的情感互動(dòng)對(duì)其就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性的影響,最后從宏觀保障角度研究了政府的宏觀調(diào)控職能的發(fā)揮對(duì)其就業(yè)的影響,主要集中分析了政府的宏觀調(diào)控保障職能在家政從業(yè)人員就業(yè)機(jī)制中存在職能缺位問(wèn)題。 本文選取了成都市武侯區(qū)、青羊區(qū)作為調(diào)查地點(diǎn)對(duì)家政從業(yè)人員的就業(yè)情況進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,經(jīng)過(guò)分析研究得出家政行業(yè)屬于“干中學(xué)”行業(yè),其人力資本中工作年限成為影響其收入最顯著的因素,且工作年限越長(zhǎng)的家政從業(yè)人員在與雇主的博弈中更占據(jù)有利地位,與雇主的情感互動(dòng)情況成為影響其就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性的重要因素等結(jié)論,最后,針對(duì)調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出了加大對(duì)家政從業(yè)人員培訓(xùn)投入,加快其住房和養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題的解決以及加強(qiáng)中介組織管理等相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the core of the new industrialization, and the whole family migration has become an important symbol of the urbanization of migrant workers. On the one hand, rural women follow their families to urban life and employment. This group provides sufficient labor for the service industry of the city; On the other hand, with the miniaturization of urban households and the trend of aging population, urban households have a rigid demand for domestic services. The flexible working hours and educational background characteristics of domestic service industry also meet the educational characteristics of female migrant workers and the need to take care of their families, which makes women migrant workers become a stable group of domestic service industry. In this paper, the supply of domestic service, demand equilibrium of the market mechanism as the main line, to study the employment mechanism of domestic workers. The employment mechanism of female migrant workers engaged in domestic service is based on the wage decision adjustment mechanism to domestic workers. Employers and intermediary organizations are the main body of each party and tripartite interaction on domestic employment as the core of the impact mechanism. It focuses on the employment motivation of domestic workers and their own capital structure on their own employment, highlighting the impact of emotional interaction between employers and domestic workers on their employment stability. Finally, from the perspective of macro-security, the paper studies the impact of the government's macro-control function on its employment. This paper focuses on the analysis of the absence of the government's macro-control and protection function in the employment mechanism of domestic workers. This paper selects Wuhou District of Chengdu and Qingyang District as the investigation site to investigate the employment situation of domestic workers. Through the analysis and research, it is concluded that the home economics industry belongs to "dry middle school" industry. The number of years worked in their human capital is the most significant factor affecting their income, and the longer they work, the more favorable position the domestic workers occupy in the game with their employers. Emotional interaction with employers has become an important factor affecting their employment stability and other conclusions. Finally, in view of the problems found in the survey, we proposed to increase the training investment for domestic workers. To accelerate the settlement of housing and old-age insurance problems and strengthen the management of intermediary organizations and other relevant policy recommendations.
