【摘要】：服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展在世界各國的經(jīng)濟增長過程中,作用日漸突出,后工業(yè)化時代,服務(wù)業(yè)成為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)占整個服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的比重在發(fā)展中國家已經(jīng)超過了50%,而這一比例在發(fā)達區(qū)域超過65%,服務(wù)業(yè)推動了國民經(jīng)濟的不斷前進,所以服務(wù)業(yè)中占比較大的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)作用越發(fā)重要。但是,我國的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展不充分,中部欠發(fā)達區(qū)域的發(fā)展情況還達不到全國均值水平,安徽省作為中部代表省份,在我國整體經(jīng)濟進入改革深化時期,增速放緩,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展下行壓力增大的背景下,如何發(fā)展好生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)意義重大。本文在研究了大量文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,全面分析了安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展水平,從整體情況到行業(yè)內(nèi)部各個細分行業(yè)情況,并且從東部、中部和西部各挑選了一個對比省份,還有全國平均水平作比較,對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在各區(qū)域的發(fā)展情況做了橫向比較,從整個行業(yè)總體,再從其內(nèi)部的五個細分行業(yè)做比較,并且對各區(qū)域的行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)做了簡要分析。而后在梳理了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)相關(guān)的理論知識的前提下,通過理論邏輯關(guān)系闡述,指出了影響安徽省的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的六個因素,并通過專家咨詢和對有關(guān)研究文獻的總結(jié),在理論分析影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,選出能夠反映各個因素的指標,采用2004年至2013年的安徽省統(tǒng)計年鑒,對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計和處理,選取了6個相應(yīng)的指標,并利用eviews做多元回歸分析,對作用于安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的主要因素進行了識別,明確分析出影響安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的具體因素是什么,最后提出促進其發(fā)展的對策建議。通過理論分析,和實證檢驗,得出相應(yīng)結(jié)論,影響安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平的因素中,作用最大的是專業(yè)化分工程度,其次是城市化進程,實證的結(jié)果顯示,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平與安徽省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展呈非常微弱的反向關(guān)系,而市場開放程度、政策性干預(yù)、創(chuàng)新因素對它的作用關(guān)系不顯著,據(jù)此結(jié)論,本文提出對應(yīng)的發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:The development of service industry is playing a more and more important role in the process of economic growth in the world. In the post-industrialization era, the service industry has become the pillar industry of economic development. Producer services account for more than 50 percent of the total service industry in developing countries, and this proportion in developed regions is more than 65 percent, the service industry has pushed forward the national economy. Therefore, the producer service plays a more and more important role in the service industry. However, the development of producer services in China is not sufficient, and the development of the underdeveloped regions in the central region has not reached the national average level. Anhui Province as a representative province in the central region, in the overall economy of our country into the deepening period of reform, the growth rate slowed down, economic development under the background of increased downward pressure. How to develop producer services is of great significance. Based on the study of a large number of documents, this paper comprehensively analyzes the current level of development of producer services in Anhui Province. From the overall situation to each subdivision of the industry situation, and from the eastern, central and western selected a comparative province, as well as the national average to compare. The development of producer services in each region is compared horizontally, from the whole industry as a whole, and then from its internal five sub-sectors to make a comparison. And make a brief analysis of the industry structure of each region. Then under the premise of combing the relevant theoretical knowledge of producer services, through the theoretical logic relationship. This paper points out the six factors that affect the producer service industry in Anhui Province, and through expert consultation and the summary of relevant research literature, on the basis of theoretical analysis of the influencing factors, select the indicators that can reflect each factor. Based on the statistical yearbooks of Anhui Province from 2004 to 2013, this paper makes statistics and processing on the relevant data of producer services, selects six corresponding indicators, and makes multiple regression analysis with eviews. This paper identifies the main factors that affect the development of producer services in Anhui Province and analyzes the specific factors that affect the development of producer services in Anhui Province. Finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote its development. Through theoretical analysis and empirical tests, we draw the corresponding conclusions, the most important factor affecting the development level of producer services in Anhui Province is the degree of specialization. Secondly, the urbanization process, the empirical results show that the level of economic development and the development of producer services in Anhui Province is a very weak reverse relationship, and the degree of market openness, policy intervention. The effect of innovation factors on it is not significant. Based on this conclusion, this paper puts forward corresponding development suggestions.
