【摘要】：理貨行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級關(guān)鍵在于理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新,堅持第三方公正是理貨行業(yè)存在意義所在。本文以服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的角度和整合研究方法,對國內(nèi)理貨行業(yè)的理貨服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀、國內(nèi)理貨機(jī)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)新舉措、理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的整體形態(tài)、理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的途徑、影響理貨機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)外因素、理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的驅(qū)動力等問題進(jìn)行分析,以珠海理貨為實例,形成基于第三方公正的珠海理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新研究。 本文的主要內(nèi)容包括： 第一部分,即第一章緒論和第二章文獻(xiàn)綜述與理論概述,主要介紹論文的研究背景及意義,對第三方公正進(jìn)行概念界定,對理貨行業(yè)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了評述,介紹了服務(wù)創(chuàng)新、服務(wù)價值鏈、企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢理論,以及服務(wù)創(chuàng)新四維度模型和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動力模型。 第二部分,即第三章,國內(nèi)外理貨行業(yè)及服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀分析,包括國內(nèi)理貨行業(yè)發(fā)展歷程、經(jīng)營范圍與服務(wù)項目、市場地位與相關(guān)法規(guī),國外理貨機(jī)構(gòu)的情況,國內(nèi)理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新概況及存在的主要問題。 第三部分,即第四章,珠海理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新分析,是研究的重點,包括介紹珠海外理基本情況和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新歷程,運(yùn)用四維度分析模型,對珠海理貨與國內(nèi)理貨行業(yè)的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新舉措進(jìn)行歸類對比,刻畫出珠海理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀；運(yùn)用服務(wù)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動力模型,對理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)外各驅(qū)動力要素逐一闡述,揭示理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,為提升珠海理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力指明方向。 第四部分,即第五章理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新推動策略與第六章結(jié)論,包括提出樹立第三方公正的理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新理念、多管齊下提高理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力、以及提升珠海理貨服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的具體措施,論文的主要結(jié)論、創(chuàng)新之處及研究展望,等。
[Abstract]:The key lies in the transformation and upgrading of industry tally tally service innovation, adhere to the third party fair is tally industry significance. Based on the existing research on service innovation angle and integration method, the status of domestic tally tally services industry, innovation domestic institutions overall form tally tally, service innovation, service innovation way tally, internal and external factors tally mechanism of service innovation, service innovation problems tally driving force analysis, taking Zhuhai as an example of Zhuhai tally, forming a tally of service innovation of third party based on justice.
The main contents of this paper include:
The first part is the introduction of the first chapter and the second chapter is the literature review and theoretical overview, mainly introduces the research background and significance, the impartial third party defines the concept of tally industry related literature and service innovation research literature review, introduces the service innovation, service value chain, competitive advantage theory, and the driving force of four dimensional model of service innovation and service innovation model.
The second part, the third chapter, analyzes the status quo of the tally industry and services at home and abroad, including the development course of domestic tally industry, business scope and service items, market status and related regulations, the situation of foreign tally agencies, the general situation and main problems of domestic tally service innovation.
The third part is the fourth chapter, analysis of Zhuhai cargo service innovation, is the focus of the study, including the introduction of Zhuhai science and the basic situation of service innovation process, by using the four dimension analysis model of service innovation initiatives in Zhuhai and the domestic tally tally industry classification comparison, draw the moment Zhuhai tally services using the service innovation driven innovation situation; force model, on the inside and outside the tally services innovation driving force elements one by one, reveal the inherent law tally of service innovation, to enhance the innovation ability of Zhuhai tally services direction.
The fourth part is the fifth chapter tally service innovation development strategies and the sixth chapter is the conclusion, including the proposed to establish an impartial third party tally services innovative ideas, improve tally service innovation ability of a multi pronged, and specific measures to promote Zhuhai tally service innovation, the main conclusions and prospect, in research and innovation.
