東營市河口社區(qū)房產(chǎn)信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著政府機關(guān)信息化建設(shè)的逐步深入,如何利用現(xiàn)有的計算機技術(shù)建立一套高效、靈活、功能強大的管理系統(tǒng),正成為政府機構(gòu)日益關(guān)注的重要問題。而各個單位的情況千差萬別,如何針對不同單位的實際業(yè)務(wù)需求,建立一套適用的軟件平臺,又是問題關(guān)鍵之所在。 本文以軟件工程的基本原理為指導,采用B/S開發(fā)模式,針對房產(chǎn)管理的特殊業(yè)務(wù)需要,設(shè)計開發(fā)了一套專業(yè)的,面向業(yè)務(wù)需求的平臺軟件。 本文首先闡述了管理信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的基本理論,包括開發(fā)過程的介紹、系統(tǒng)平臺的選擇、UML系統(tǒng)建模、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計方法等。其次針對河口社區(qū)的特殊業(yè)務(wù)需求,給出了一個完整的房產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)方案,包括系統(tǒng)的需求分析,系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,各模塊的功能設(shè)計,數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計及系統(tǒng)的集成部署等。對系統(tǒng)管理、房產(chǎn)管理、土地管理、修繕管理、綜合查詢功能進行了詳細設(shè)計及描述。 本文主要研究的是房地產(chǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng)的分析、設(shè)計和實現(xiàn),從體系結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)分析設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計和與其它系統(tǒng)之間的數(shù)據(jù)交換等方面進行考慮,建立一個安全完善、靈活擴展、維護方便的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。在技術(shù)實現(xiàn)方面,該系統(tǒng)采用了Visual Studio2010平臺和SQL Server2005數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā),,部署在IIS6.0上。系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)過程中主要研究了.NET開發(fā)平臺、關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計、面向?qū)ο箝_發(fā)技術(shù)等。 本房產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了河口社區(qū)房產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)和日產(chǎn)辦公業(yè)務(wù)的計算機管理,實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的輸入、查詢、統(tǒng)計、修改、報表的輸出打印功能,并通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸上報數(shù)據(jù)及領(lǐng)導查詢數(shù)據(jù)。以前由人工完成的操作現(xiàn)在由計算機來實現(xiàn),不僅極大提高了工作效率,而且提高了工作準確性,使河口社區(qū)房產(chǎn)管理工作更加方便、快捷、高效。
[Abstract]:With the gradual deepening of the information construction of government organs, how to use the existing computer technology to establish a set of efficient, flexible and powerful management system is becoming an important issue that government organizations pay more and more attention to. The situation of each unit is very different, how to establish a set of suitable software platform according to the actual business needs of different units is the key to the problem. Under the guidance of the basic principle of software engineering, this paper designs and develops a set of professional and business-oriented platform software according to the special business needs of real estate management by using B / S development mode. This paper first expounds the basic theory of management information system development, including the introduction of development process, the selection of system platform, UML system modeling, database design method and so on. Secondly, according to the special business needs of estuary community, a complete implementation scheme of real estate management system is given, including the requirement analysis of the system, the architecture design of the system, the functional design of each module, the database design and the integrated deployment of the system, and so on. The system management, real estate management, land management, repair management and comprehensive inquiry function are designed and described in detail. This paper mainly studies the analysis, design and implementation of real estate management information system, and establishes a secure, flexible and convenient application system from the aspects of architecture, system analysis and design, database design and data exchange with other systems. In the aspect of technical implementation, the system adopts Visual Studio2010 platform and SQL Server2005 database development, and is deployed on IIS6.0. In the process of system implementation, the. Net development platform, the design of relational database, object-oriented development technology and so on are mainly studied. The real estate management system realizes the computer management of estuary community real estate business and Nissan office business, realizes the input, query, statistics, modification, output and printing functions of business data, and transmits and reports the data and leads to query data through the network. The previous manual operation is now realized by computer, which not only greatly improves the work efficiency, but also improves the accuracy of the work, and makes the real estate management in estuary community more convenient, fast and efficient.
