【摘要】：正在翻譯中確切體現(xiàn)特定概念的實(shí)際含義,即概念的對(duì)等,是翻譯最重要的環(huán)節(jié)。在中譯英的文件和文章里,概念錯(cuò)位的情況時(shí)常出現(xiàn),而且不少錯(cuò)位的概念被當(dāng)作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)譯法傳播,結(jié)果以訛傳訛,形成"積重難返"的局面。以上這篇文章談的是房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng),而所涉房地產(chǎn)主要是商品房,那么最關(guān)鍵的一個(gè)術(shù)語(yǔ)就是"商品房"。如果查一下全國(guó)的網(wǎng)站及雙語(yǔ)資料,"商品房"一概譯成commercial housing,似乎這是板上釘釘,不容置疑的。這種譯法的
