【摘要】：正近日,住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部、國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委、人民銀行、工商總局、銀監(jiān)會(huì)等七部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)了《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)房地產(chǎn)中介管理促進(jìn)行業(yè)健康發(fā)展的意見》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見》)。"意見"針對(duì)當(dāng)前房地產(chǎn)中介服務(wù)行業(yè)存在諸多頑疾"對(duì)癥下藥",發(fā)文部門之多、涉及范圍之廣、采取措施之全、實(shí)施監(jiān)管之嚴(yán)均為空前,被稱為"我國(guó)史上最嚴(yán)房地產(chǎn)中介管理新規(guī)"。有業(yè)內(nèi)人士表示,《意見》如能嚴(yán)格落實(shí),長(zhǎng)期存在于中介市場(chǎng)的虛假房源、賺取差
