【摘要】：深圳城市發(fā)展過程中產(chǎn)生了較嚴重的水土流失危害,城市水土流失主要因人為因素造成,具有歷時長、發(fā)展快、危害大等特點。1995年以來,深圳市在預(yù)防和治理城市水土流失中,創(chuàng)建并不斷完善城市水土保持綜合防治體系,水土保持生態(tài)建設(shè)工作取得顯著成效。本文通過分析深圳市房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)建設(shè)項目水土保持方案編制的工作現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合本人工作的經(jīng)歷,提出對深圳市水土保持方案編制的一點思考,并針對目前存在的難點問題進行對策探討,為以后做好房地產(chǎn)項目水土保持方案編制工作奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the process of urban development in Shenzhen, serious harm of soil and water loss has been produced. Urban soil and water loss is mainly caused by man-made factors. It has the characteristics of long duration, rapid development and great harm. Since 1995, In the prevention and control of urban soil and water loss, Shenzhen has established and continuously improved the comprehensive prevention and control system of urban soil and water conservation, and the ecological construction of soil and water conservation has achieved remarkable results. Based on the analysis of the current situation of soil and water conservation planning of real estate development and construction projects in Shenzhen and the experience of my own work, this paper puts forward some thoughts on the compilation of soil and water conservation plan in Shenzhen. In order to lay a foundation for the preparation of soil and water conservation plan of real estate project, the countermeasures are discussed in view of the difficult problems existing at present.
