【摘要】：房地產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中一直占據(jù)十分重要的地位,關(guān)于二者之間關(guān)系的研究很多且觀點(diǎn)不盡相同。本文以重慶市為例,運(yùn)用貢獻(xiàn)率分析和格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)1998年以來(lái)重慶市房地產(chǎn)投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了深入研究。通過(guò)此次研究,明確了房地產(chǎn)業(yè)在重慶市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的地位,有利于地方政府根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展情況,科學(xué)采取調(diào)控措施。
[Abstract]:Real estate industry has been playing a very important role in the development of national economy. Taking Chongqing as an example, using the method of contribution rate analysis and Granger causality test, this paper makes an in-depth study on the relationship between real estate investment and economic growth in Chongqing since 1998. Through this study, the status of real estate industry in the economic development of Chongqing is clarified, and it is advantageous for the local government to scientifically take control measures according to the economic and social development.
