國外房地產宏觀調控政策及對我國的啟示

【摘要】：我國的房地產市場仍處于起步發(fā)展階段,因為市場機制還不健全、沒有太多的經驗積累,可能存在一些結構問題和發(fā)展不健康的現象。本文通過分析國外房地產宏觀調控政策,結合中國政策的問題,對我國政府提出建議,使政府更好地擔負起引導、支持、監(jiān)管房地產市場的職能。
[Abstract]:The real estate market in China is still in the initial stage of development, because the market mechanism is not perfect, there is not too much experience accumulation, there may be some structural problems and unhealthy development phenomenon. By analyzing the macro-control policies of foreign real estate and combining the problems of China's policies, this paper puts forward some suggestions to our government so that the government can better assume the functions of guiding, supporting and supervising the real estate market.
