房地產(chǎn)去庫(kù)存有何妙招

【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)庫(kù)存量較大,利用供給側(cè)改革是去房地產(chǎn)庫(kù)存的必然選擇。我國(guó)的浙江省溫州市以及日本、美國(guó)從供給側(cè)的角度在房地產(chǎn)去庫(kù)存過(guò)程中積累了一些先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),我國(guó)應(yīng)充分借鑒這些經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)一步完善住房保障體系的建設(shè)、堅(jiān)持實(shí)施長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的房地產(chǎn)信貸政策等。
[Abstract]:At present, the stock of real estate in our country is large, and the use of supply-side reform is the inevitable choice to go to real estate inventory. China's Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province and Japan, the United States has accumulated some advanced experience in the process of real estate destocking from the point of view of supply side. Our country should fully learn from these experiences to further improve the construction of housing security system. Adhere to the implementation of long-term and stable real estate credit policy.
