房地產(chǎn)去庫存有何妙招

【摘要】:當前我國房地產(chǎn)庫存量較大,利用供給側(cè)改革是去房地產(chǎn)庫存的必然選擇。我國的浙江省溫州市以及日本、美國從供給側(cè)的角度在房地產(chǎn)去庫存過程中積累了一些先進經(jīng)驗,我國應(yīng)充分借鑒這些經(jīng)驗,進一步完善住房保障體系的建設(shè)、堅持實施長期穩(wěn)定的房地產(chǎn)信貸政策等。
[Abstract]:At present, the stock of real estate in our country is large, and the use of supply-side reform is the inevitable choice to go to real estate inventory. China's Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province and Japan, the United States has accumulated some advanced experience in the process of real estate destocking from the point of view of supply side. Our country should fully learn from these experiences to further improve the construction of housing security system. Adhere to the implementation of long-term and stable real estate credit policy.
