【摘要】：正2002年底,通化東寶金弘基房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司迎來了新一任總經(jīng)理——自主擇業(yè)軍轉(zhuǎn)干部姚景江。2003年初,他選擇了一個(gè)城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合地段,帶領(lǐng)一班人做規(guī)劃、搞設(shè)計(jì),不論是刮風(fēng)下雨還是節(jié)假日,都把自己交給了這片土地。2005年9月,他們打造的"麗景人家"一期工程竣工,環(huán)境靚麗、景色宜人,同行們紛紛參觀學(xué)習(xí)。幾年來,姚景江一直奉行"要干就干一流"的精神,打造了一個(gè)又一個(gè)成功項(xiàng)目。如今,他正著力打造通化市重點(diǎn)棚戶區(qū)改造項(xiàng)目——"麗景人家"三期工程。該項(xiàng)目占地38.5萬平方米,可創(chuàng)利稅近10億元,為社會(huì)
