【摘要】：自1998年房改以來,我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)獲得了迅猛發(fā)展。與此同時,我國各類房地產(chǎn)媒體應運而生,房地產(chǎn)報刊雜志、房地產(chǎn)信息網(wǎng)站、房地產(chǎn)廣播電視欄目層出不窮,成為溝通房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)與受眾之間的重要信息橋梁,發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。 江西省房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)多年來發(fā)展迅速,但總體發(fā)展水平仍然相對落后。在此期間,江西省房地產(chǎn)媒體獲得了蓬勃發(fā)展,卻仍面臨著多種問題。這既不利于媒體自身的發(fā)展壯大,也不利于江西省房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。 本文首先采用文獻分析法梳理了我國房地產(chǎn)媒體的興起與發(fā)展過程,為研究江西省房地產(chǎn)媒體發(fā)展提供外部背景介紹；其次詳細梳理了江西省房地產(chǎn)媒體的發(fā)展歷程及其現(xiàn)狀；接著以《江南都市報》房產(chǎn)�？鳛閭�案研究加以論證；最后主要概括了江西省房地產(chǎn)媒體在發(fā)展運營、人才資源、采編業(yè)務、房地產(chǎn)報道等方面存在的問題,并針對性地提出了多項發(fā)展建議,即要在差異化定位、培養(yǎng)與引進人才、重視采編業(yè)務、確保報道質量等方面做出努力,以此推動江西房地產(chǎn)媒體的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the housing reform in 1998, China's real estate industry has gained rapid development. At the same time, all kinds of real estate media emerge as the times require, real estate newspapers and magazines, real estate information websites, real estate radio and television columns emerge one after another, becoming an important information bridge between the real estate industry and the audience. Play an irreplaceable role. Jiangxi real estate industry has developed rapidly for many years, but the overall level of development is still relatively backward. During this period, the real estate media in Jiangxi Province has gained vigorous development, but still face a variety of problems. This is not conducive to the development of the media itself, but also conducive to the healthy development of the real estate industry in Jiangxi Province. This paper firstly combs the rise and development process of real estate media in our country by literature analysis to provide external background for studying the development of real estate media in Jiangxi Province. Secondly, it combs the development course and current situation of real estate media in Jiangxi Province in detail. Then the real estate special issue of Jiangnan Metropolitan Daily is taken as a case study to prove it. Finally, it summarizes the problems existing in the development and operation of real estate media in Jiangxi Province, such as development and operation, human resources, collecting and editing business, real estate reporting and so on, and puts forward a number of development suggestions, that is, to train and introduce talents in the differentiation orientation. Pay attention to the business of collecting and editing, ensure the quality of the report and make efforts to promote the healthy development of Jiangxi real estate media.
