【摘要】：隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,企業(yè)的規(guī)模越來擴大,需要處理的財務信息也越來越多,這就對企業(yè)財務管理工作提出了更多更高的要求。如何在復雜的房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)內(nèi)部處理好各種復雜的財務工作是房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)面臨的一個重要的問題。傳統(tǒng)的財務管理辦法已經(jīng)不能適應現(xiàn)在企業(yè)的需求,因此,有必要引進計算機信息系統(tǒng)輔助企業(yè)進行財務管理以提高企業(yè)財務管理的水平。所以開發(fā)和使用財務管理系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)必須做的事情,用計算機代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)手工操作,解決了記賬、統(tǒng)計、核算等工作的難度,也提高了準確度。但在目前房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)很多管理模式十分落后,對財務管理的重要性理解不夠,或者對企業(yè)實行信息化改革缺乏動力。本文根據(jù)對某些房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的財務管理進行調(diào)研,根據(jù)財務管理工作的現(xiàn)實情況進行比較詳細的分析和可行性論證,進行應用計算機信息系統(tǒng)技術(shù)建立一個小型財務管理系統(tǒng)[1]。本文在房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展的背景下,深入了解了國內(nèi)外針對房地產(chǎn)的財務信息系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展方向,并且在對房地產(chǎn)財務管理的工作流程和信息系統(tǒng)所需要的功能進行了深入細致的分析后,設計出一套適合房地產(chǎn)自身規(guī)模的高效財務信息管理系統(tǒng)。整個財務信息管理系統(tǒng)的界面簡約直觀的同時而能保證功能的齊全且易于用戶操作,以最終適合房地產(chǎn)財務工作者和管理者的管理需求。本論文的主要工作如下:通過分析房地產(chǎn)財務管理實際特點和會計準則的要求,分析出面向房地產(chǎn)財務管理系統(tǒng)的框架,然后設計出具體的功能模塊,以SQL作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,設計出匹配系統(tǒng)整體框架和功能模塊的數(shù)據(jù)庫;并選擇以VS2008作為前端開發(fā)工具,完成房地產(chǎn)財務管理系統(tǒng)功能的設計與實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy in our country, the scale of enterprises is expanding, and more financial information needs to be dealt with, which puts forward more and higher requirements for the financial management of enterprises. How to deal with all kinds of complicated financial work in complex real estate enterprises is an important problem faced by real estate enterprises. The traditional financial management method can not meet the needs of the present enterprise. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce computer information system to assist the enterprise to carry on the financial management in order to improve the level of the enterprise financial management. So it is necessary for enterprises to develop and use financial management system. Using computer instead of traditional manual operation solves the difficulty of accounting, statistics, accounting and so on, and improves the accuracy. However, at present, many management models of real estate enterprises are very backward, the importance of financial management is not enough understanding, or the enterprise implementation of information technology reform lack of motivation. Based on the investigation of the financial management of some real estate enterprises and the actual situation of the financial management, this paper makes a detailed analysis and feasibility study. To establish a small financial management system using computer information system technology. Under the background of the information development of real estate enterprises, this paper has a deep understanding of the current situation and development direction of the financial information system for real estate at home and abroad. After analyzing the work flow of real estate financial management and the functions needed by information system, a set of efficient financial information management system suitable for real estate's own scale is designed. The interface of the whole financial information management system is simple and intuitionistic, but it can guarantee the complete function and easy operation of the users, so as to meet the management needs of the real estate finance workers and managers. The main work of this paper is as follows: by analyzing the actual characteristics of real estate financial management and the requirements of accounting standards, this paper analyzes the framework of the real estate financial management system, and then designs a specific function module, taking SQL as the backstage database. The database of matching system frame and function module is designed. And choose VS2008 as the front-end development tool to complete the real estate financial management system function design and implementation.
