【摘要】：2015年南京房地產(chǎn)市場再次迎來發(fā)展高峰期,進(jìn)入2016年房價更是一再走高,房地產(chǎn)泡沫顯現(xiàn)為商業(yè)銀行房貸風(fēng)險敲響警鐘。本文對南京房地產(chǎn)市場發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行分析,揭示房地產(chǎn)市場發(fā)展過程中商業(yè)銀行可能面臨的房貸風(fēng)險,并提出防范對策。
[Abstract]:In 2015, Nanjing real estate market again ushered in the peak of development, entering 2016 housing prices are rising again and again, the real estate bubble appears to be a commercial bank mortgage risk alarm bell. This paper analyzes the development trend of real estate market in Nanjing, reveals the risks that commercial banks may face in the development of real estate market, and puts forward some countermeasures.
