【摘要】:企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃是企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的靈魂,引導(dǎo)公司的發(fā)展方向、明確企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域、引導(dǎo)企業(yè)資源配置、指明企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和發(fā)展措施。企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的制定,有利于建立企業(yè)和員工的共同愿景,使員工對(duì)企業(yè)有歸屬感、對(duì)企業(yè)產(chǎn)生奉獻(xiàn)精神,從而更好地全身心投入工作。 太原鋼鐵(集團(tuán))有限公司作為全國的特大型鋼鐵聯(lián)合企業(yè)和全球最大、技術(shù)裝備水平最高、品種規(guī)格最全的不銹鋼企業(yè),對(duì)于提高我國不銹鋼產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力和集中度、推進(jìn)我國不銹鋼產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整都產(chǎn)生著深遠(yuǎn)而重大的影響。山西太鋼房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司作為太鋼集團(tuán)有限公司關(guān)注民生、推進(jìn)和諧企業(yè)建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、多元化發(fā)展的重大舉措而成立的獨(dú)立子公司,其發(fā)展和出路將影響到整個(gè)太鋼集團(tuán)有限公司乃至國有大型企業(yè)附屬房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和走向。 研究以山西太鋼房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司這樣一個(gè)國有大型企業(yè)所屬的房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)為實(shí)例,以戰(zhàn)略管理理論為研究基礎(chǔ),利用PEST分析法、SWOT分析分析,編制了公司2013—2018年五年的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。文章分為六個(gè)章節(jié):第一章主要講述了本文的研究背景、研究目的和意義、研究方法等基本情況。第二章,闡述了PSET分析法及SWTO分析法等戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃研究工作的基礎(chǔ)理論。第三章,,通過PSET方法對(duì)外部環(huán)境及內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)公司的資源和能力進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析。第四章,運(yùn)用SWOT分析,在綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上制定的公司不同階段的戰(zhàn)略選擇,明確了未來5年的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃目標(biāo)。第五章,具體講述了人力資源、質(zhì)量管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、項(xiàng)目儲(chǔ)備的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施。本研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于從理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的角度,對(duì)山西太鋼房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司的發(fā)展提出了指導(dǎo)性的建議,為國有大型企業(yè)附屬房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司未來的發(fā)展提供了有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The strategic planning of an enterprise is the soul of its existence and development. It guides the development direction of the company, clarifies the business field of the enterprise, guides the allocation of enterprise resources, and points out the development strategy and development measures of the enterprise. The formulation of the enterprise development strategy plan is conducive to the establishment of the common vision of the enterprise and the staff, so that the employees have a sense of belonging to the enterprise and a spirit of dedication to the enterprise, so as to better devote themselves to the work. Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., as the largest joint iron and steel enterprise in the country and the largest stainless steel enterprise in the world, with the highest level of technical equipment and the most complete variety of specifications, will improve the international competitiveness and concentration of the stainless steel industry in China. Promoting the structural adjustment of stainless steel industry in China has a profound and significant impact. Shanxi Taigang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., as an independent subsidiary of Taigang Group Co., Ltd., was set up as an independent subsidiary of Taigang Group Co., Ltd. to focus on people's livelihood, promote harmonious enterprise construction, realize transformation and development, and diversify development. Its development and outlet will affect the development and trend of the whole TISCO Group Co., Ltd and the real estate industry affiliated to the large state-owned enterprises. Taking the real estate development enterprise of Shanxi Taigang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., as an example, based on the strategic management theory, the PEST analysis method is used to analyze the real estate development enterprise of Shanxi Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Prepared the company's five-year strategic plan for 2013-2018. The article is divided into six chapters: the first chapter mainly describes the research background, research purpose and significance, research methods and other basic conditions. In the second chapter, the basic theories of strategic planning research, such as PSET analysis and SWTO analysis, are expounded. In the third chapter, the external environment and internal conditions are analyzed by PSET method, and the resources and capabilities of the company are systematically analyzed. In the fourth chapter, the strategic choice of different stages of the company is established on the basis of comprehensive analysis by using SWOT analysis, and the strategic planning objectives for the next five years are defined. The fifth chapter describes the human resources, quality management, financial management, project reserve strategy implementation. The innovation of this study is that from the angle of combining theory and practice, the author puts forward some guiding suggestions for the development of Shanxi Taigang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. It provides useful reference for the future development of real estate development company affiliated to state-owned large enterprises.
