大連市房產測繪管理模式改革及對策研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of real estate economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the surveying and mapping of real estate has been developed by leaps and bounds. In recent years, with the development of the Ministry of Construction, the real estate surveying and mapping market has been opened one after another. As no regulatory constraints, property mapping market liberalization, causing a series of problems. The purpose of this thesis is to describe the current situation of the management mode of Dalian real estate surveying and mapping industry, analyze the problems encountered in the internal development of Dalian real estate surveying and mapping institutions and its reasons, and draw lessons from the advanced surveying and mapping management mode at home and abroad. This paper puts forward an operable reform scheme of real estate surveying and mapping management mode in Dalian. This paper adopts literature research method, comparative research method, field investigation method, read a large number of documents, carried out field investigation, on the basis of describing and analyzing the present situation of Dalian real estate surveying and mapping market. Compared with some advanced experiences in the management of urban real estate surveying and mapping in China, this paper puts forward the issues that need to be reformed in Dalian's real estate surveying and mapping management mode. In particular, aiming at the malpractice of real estate surveying and mapping industry management model in Dalian, this paper analyzes the necessity and possibility of the reform of the management mode of Dalian real estate surveying and mapping unit, and further formulates it from the standard. The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the management mode of real estate surveying and mapping in three aspects: reorganization of organization and internal management and separation of surveying and management.
