基于APS的弘興家具裝備制造公司生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃流程優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:Along with the economic growth, our country manufacturing industry presents the high-speed development situation. Under this background, our country furniture equipment manufacturing enterprise also develops rapidly with the real estate industry development, the industry scale expands unceasingly. The traditional simple management mode is no longer suitable for the development of enterprises. More and more furniture and equipment manufacturing enterprises begin to adopt intelligent integrated system and take the road of information. It is hoped that all the internal and external resources involved in the production and operation activities of the enterprise will be integrated and managed through the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP system. However, the data show that the implementation effect of most furniture equipment manufacturing enterprises has not reached the expected goal, and even some furniture equipment manufacturing enterprises can not adapt to the changes brought about by the introduction of ERP, and finally abandon it. Therefore, how to better apply ERP has become a hot issue in the research of furniture equipment manufacturing enterprises in China. This paper will begin with the identification of restricting factors of production planning process, and discuss the effective application of ERP in furniture and equipment manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of production planning process optimization. This article takes Guangdong Hongxing Furniture equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as the main research object, on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the current situation of furniture equipment manufacturing industry and production planning management in China. The production planning management of Guangdong Hongxing Furniture and equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd is investigated and analyzed, and its production planning management process is identified, the bottleneck link in the process is found out, and the optimization goal is clear, according to the results of the analysis, Combined with the actual situation of Guangdong Hongxing Furniture and equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd, the production planning process optimization requirements and objectives are determined, with APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling, advanced planning and scheduling system as the tool, The production planning model and production planning process based on APS algorithm and train of thought are constructed, the experimental operation of the process is carried out through the data of Guangdong Hongxing Furniture and equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and the correctness and validity of the model and process are verified by application. Provide direction for further improvement of models and processes. Based on the application of ERP in Guangdong Hongxing Furniture and equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., through the introduction of APS, a supply chain oriented production planning and scheduling tool, various constraints in the enterprise planning process are considered synthetically. In order to fit the production practice of the enterprise, the unlimited capacity setting in the ERP system is changed into the limited production capacity setting, and the useful discussion is made for the better application of the ERP system. In order to further improve the production efficiency of Guangdong Hongxing Furniture equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and to China's furniture equipment manufacturing enterprises to effectively apply ERP for a useful exploration.
