基于APS的弘興家具裝備制造公司生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃流程優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng),我國(guó)制造業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出高速發(fā)展的局面。在此背景下,我國(guó)家具裝備制造企業(yè)也隨著房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速發(fā)展,行業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大。而其采用的傳統(tǒng)的簡(jiǎn)單管理模式已經(jīng)不再適應(yīng)企業(yè)發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的家具裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)開(kāi)始采用智能化集成系統(tǒng),走信息化道路,希望通過(guò)ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃系統(tǒng))對(duì)企業(yè)自身的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)活動(dòng)所涉及的所有內(nèi)外部資源進(jìn)行集成管理。但是,數(shù)據(jù)顯示多數(shù)家具裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)的實(shí)施效果并沒(méi)有達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo),甚至有的家具裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)無(wú)法適應(yīng)引入ERP而帶來(lái)的變化,最后棄之不用。因此,對(duì)如何更好地應(yīng)用ERP已成為我國(guó)家具裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。 本論文將從制約生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃流程因素識(shí)別開(kāi)始,從生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃流程優(yōu)化這個(gè)視角來(lái)探討家具裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)有效應(yīng)用ERP的問(wèn)題。本文以廣東弘興家具裝備制造有限公司為主要研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)我國(guó)家具裝備制造行業(yè)特征,生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)廣東弘興家具裝備制造有限公司的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,識(shí)別出其生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理流程,找出流程中瓶頸環(huán)節(jié),明確優(yōu)化目標(biāo);根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,結(jié)合廣東弘興家具裝備制造有限公司實(shí)際情況,確定生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃流程優(yōu)化需求和目標(biāo),以APS(Advanced Planning and Scheduling,高級(jí)計(jì)劃與排程系統(tǒng))為工具,構(gòu)造基于APS算法與思路的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模型和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃流程;通過(guò)廣東弘興家具裝備制造有限公司數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行流程實(shí)驗(yàn)性試運(yùn)行,通過(guò)應(yīng)用檢驗(yàn)?zāi)P秃土鞒痰恼_性和有效性,為進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)模型和流程指明方向。本論文在廣東弘興家具裝備制造有限公司ERP應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)APS這種基于約束理論面向供應(yīng)鏈的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與排程工具的導(dǎo)入,綜合考慮企業(yè)計(jì)劃流程中的各種約束,將其應(yīng)用的ERP系統(tǒng)排程中的無(wú)限產(chǎn)能設(shè)定變?yōu)橛邢蕻a(chǎn)能設(shè)定以契合企業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,為其更好地應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行有益的探討,以期對(duì)廣東弘興家具裝備制造有限公司進(jìn)一步提高生產(chǎn)效率有所幫助,并對(duì)我國(guó)家具裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)有效應(yīng)用ERP進(jìn)行有益的探索。
[Abstract]:Along with the economic growth, our country manufacturing industry presents the high-speed development situation. Under this background, our country furniture equipment manufacturing enterprise also develops rapidly with the real estate industry development, the industry scale expands unceasingly. The traditional simple management mode is no longer suitable for the development of enterprises. More and more furniture and equipment manufacturing enterprises begin to adopt intelligent integrated system and take the road of information. It is hoped that all the internal and external resources involved in the production and operation activities of the enterprise will be integrated and managed through the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP system. However, the data show that the implementation effect of most furniture equipment manufacturing enterprises has not reached the expected goal, and even some furniture equipment manufacturing enterprises can not adapt to the changes brought about by the introduction of ERP, and finally abandon it. Therefore, how to better apply ERP has become a hot issue in the research of furniture equipment manufacturing enterprises in China. This paper will begin with the identification of restricting factors of production planning process, and discuss the effective application of ERP in furniture and equipment manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of production planning process optimization. This article takes Guangdong Hongxing Furniture equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as the main research object, on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the current situation of furniture equipment manufacturing industry and production planning management in China. The production planning management of Guangdong Hongxing Furniture and equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd is investigated and analyzed, and its production planning management process is identified, the bottleneck link in the process is found out, and the optimization goal is clear, according to the results of the analysis, Combined with the actual situation of Guangdong Hongxing Furniture and equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd, the production planning process optimization requirements and objectives are determined, with APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling, advanced planning and scheduling system as the tool, The production planning model and production planning process based on APS algorithm and train of thought are constructed, the experimental operation of the process is carried out through the data of Guangdong Hongxing Furniture and equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and the correctness and validity of the model and process are verified by application. Provide direction for further improvement of models and processes. Based on the application of ERP in Guangdong Hongxing Furniture and equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., through the introduction of APS, a supply chain oriented production planning and scheduling tool, various constraints in the enterprise planning process are considered synthetically. In order to fit the production practice of the enterprise, the unlimited capacity setting in the ERP system is changed into the limited production capacity setting, and the useful discussion is made for the better application of the ERP system. In order to further improve the production efficiency of Guangdong Hongxing Furniture equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and to China's furniture equipment manufacturing enterprises to effectively apply ERP for a useful exploration.
