【摘要】：摘要：城市建設(shè)的進(jìn)一步深入,在為高層住宅的發(fā)展提供機(jī)遇的同時(shí)也影響了人們的居住生活觀念,使人們提高了對(duì)居住空間質(zhì)量與品質(zhì)的要求,然而目前高層住宅設(shè)計(jì)普遍缺乏對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)成果使用效率的關(guān)注和對(duì)居住主體使用需求的研究。本文采用使用后評(píng)價(jià)研究方法從使用者的實(shí)際需求出發(fā),以環(huán)境心理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、建筑學(xué)為基礎(chǔ),借助統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)及建成環(huán)境主觀評(píng)價(jià)論的手段,探討長(zhǎng)沙市塔式高層住宅平面在實(shí)際使用中的狀態(tài),從而得到符合使用者需求的設(shè)計(jì)建議。 本文主要包括以下三部分：第一部分是針對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市塔式高層住宅平面特征進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)出長(zhǎng)沙市塔式高層住宅平面特征,為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集的選取限定范圍；第二部分是通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法及實(shí)地調(diào)研法獲得符合長(zhǎng)沙實(shí)況的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集,并在確定評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo)、流程、內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,建立長(zhǎng)沙市塔式高層住宅使用后評(píng)價(jià)體系。第三部分是采用評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)案例進(jìn)行使用后評(píng)價(jià)分析,獲得評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,提出設(shè)計(jì)建議。 本文對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市塔式高層住宅平面使用后進(jìn)行研究,有利于遞進(jìn)其質(zhì)量與品質(zhì)的擢升,使住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)回歸購(gòu)房者、設(shè)計(jì)者、房地產(chǎn)能平等對(duì)話的商業(yè)道德本質(zhì),從而構(gòu)建住宅質(zhì)量與品質(zhì)的大時(shí)代是具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的。
[Abstract]:Abstract: the further development of urban construction not only provides opportunities for the development of high-rise housing, but also affects people's concept of living and life, and makes people improve the quality and quality of living space. However, there is a general lack of attention to the efficiency of the design achievement and the research on the use of the main body in the design of high-rise residential buildings. Based on environmental psychology, sociology, architecture, statistics and subjective evaluation theory of environment, this paper uses the method of post-use evaluation to start from the actual needs of users, and based on the methods of environmental psychology, sociology and architecture. This paper discusses the status of the plane of tower high-rise residential building in Changsha in practice, and obtains the design suggestions which meet the needs of the users. This paper mainly includes the following three parts: the first part is to study the plane characteristics of tower high-rise residential building in Changsha, summarize the plane characteristics of tower high-rise residence in Changsha, and limit the range of evaluation index set; The second part is through the literature research method and field investigation method to obtain the evaluation index set in line with the Changsha reality, and on the basis of determining the evaluation goal, process and content, establish the evaluation system of Changsha tower high-rise housing after use. In the third part, the evaluation index system is used to analyze the cases, and the evaluation results are obtained and the design suggestions are put forward. In this paper, the research on the plane of tower high-rise residential building in Changsha is beneficial to the promotion of its quality and quality, so that the residential industry can return to the commercial moral essence of the equal dialogue between the buyers, designers and real estate. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a large age of housing quality and quality.
