【摘要】：隨著國際化程度的不斷加深和中國企業(yè)自身實(shí)力的增強(qiáng),一大批民營企業(yè)紛紛走出國門,進(jìn)行海外直接投資和跨國經(jīng)營。當(dāng)前在走出國門的民營企業(yè)中,有許多企業(yè)在海外投資中獲取巨大成功。復(fù)星集團(tuán)就是其中之一,截止2015年12月,其海外投資的20個(gè)項(xiàng)目中,大多數(shù)都取得顯著成績(jī)。復(fù)星集團(tuán)海外投資的領(lǐng)域主要集中在綜合金融、醫(yī)藥,娛樂、零售等領(lǐng)域,而且在這些領(lǐng)域中取得巨大收益。本文就以復(fù)星集團(tuán)為例,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外和自身的投資環(huán)境,對(duì)其海外投資的戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析。首先,對(duì)復(fù)星集團(tuán)的基本情況和海外投資的嬗變歷程做出介紹,列出復(fù)星集團(tuán)海外投資的案例,并對(duì)案例中的產(chǎn)業(yè)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié),得出復(fù)星集團(tuán)投資產(chǎn)業(yè)的多元化及新興化。產(chǎn)業(yè)多元化主要是指涉足范圍廣包括醫(yī)藥、零售、保險(xiǎn)、房地產(chǎn)、娛樂等。新興化主要是根據(jù)當(dāng)前人們普遍追求的健康、快樂、時(shí)尚、富足等生活理念,歸納其產(chǎn)業(yè)特點(diǎn)。其次,對(duì)復(fù)星集團(tuán)當(dāng)前所處的投資環(huán)境加以分析,包括國內(nèi)環(huán)境、國外環(huán)境、企業(yè)自身環(huán)境,在研究國內(nèi)環(huán)境時(shí)運(yùn)用了PEST分析法。在投資戰(zhàn)略上運(yùn)用定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法從區(qū)位選擇、融資方式、進(jìn)入方式三個(gè)方面加以闡述和分析。再次,在全球價(jià)值鏈的理論基礎(chǔ)上,把萬向與復(fù)星的投資戰(zhàn)略中上、中、下游間的相同點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn)加以對(duì)比分析和總結(jié)。然后,指出復(fù)星集團(tuán)取得成功的主要原因及可能面臨的產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營、內(nèi)部資源整合等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題。最后,從企業(yè)自身層面、政府層面指出復(fù)星集團(tuán)如何更好、更成功地進(jìn)行海外投資提供意見與建議。本文可能的創(chuàng)新之處:一是從整個(gè)復(fù)星集團(tuán)海外投資理念即“保險(xiǎn)+金融”、“中國動(dòng)力嫁接全球資源”的模式出發(fā)對(duì)其海外投資戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析研究,對(duì)比于國內(nèi)、國外投資案例一把抓的研究方式本文對(duì)于民營企業(yè)海外擴(kuò)張更具參考價(jià)值。二是本文還運(yùn)用對(duì)比研究方式,結(jié)合管理學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),全面分析復(fù)星集團(tuán)投資戰(zhàn)略的“個(gè)性”與“共性”,打破以往對(duì)該企業(yè)純理論式的分析模式,本文從具體案例、具體投資戰(zhàn)略角度出發(fā),研究更具針對(duì)性和實(shí)用性,為民營企業(yè)的海外投資更具借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of internationalization and the strengthening of the strength of Chinese enterprises, a large number of private enterprises have gone abroad to carry out overseas direct investment and transnational management. At present, among the private enterprises abroad, many enterprises have made great success in overseas investment. Fosun is one of them, with most of the 20 projects it invested overseas in December 2015. Fosun Group's overseas investments are concentrated in the areas of integrated finance, medicine, entertainment, retail and so on. Taking Fosun Group as an example, this paper analyzes its strategy of overseas investment by combining its investment environment at home and abroad. First of all, it introduces the basic situation of Fosun Group and the evolution of overseas investment, lists the cases of Fosun Group's overseas investment, summarizes the industrial characteristics of the case, and concludes the diversification and new establishment of Fosun Group's investment industry. Industry diversification mainly refers to the wide range of involvement including medicine, retail, insurance, real estate, entertainment and so on. Xinxinghua induces its industrial characteristics according to the living concepts of health, happiness, fashion and abundance, which are generally sought by people at present. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current investment environment of Fosun Group, including domestic environment, foreign environment, enterprise's own environment, and applies pest analysis method in the study of domestic environment. In the investment strategy, qualitative and quantitative methods are used to explain and analyze it from three aspects: location choice, financing mode and entry mode. Thirdly, on the basis of the theory of global value chain, the paper makes a comparative analysis and summary of the similarities and differences between the global value chain and Fosun's investment strategy. Then, the paper points out the main reasons for the success of Fosun Group and the risk problems such as industrial management, internal resource integration and so on. Finally, from the enterprise level, the government level points out how Fosun Group can better and more successfully carry out overseas investment to provide advice and advice. The possible innovations of this paper are as follows: first, the overseas investment strategy of Fosun Group is analyzed and studied from the mode of "insurance finance" and "China's dynamic grafting of global resources". This paper has more reference value for overseas expansion of private enterprises. Second, this article also uses the contrast research method, unifies the management science and the economics, comprehensively analyzes the Fosun group investment strategy "individuality" and "the commonness", breaks the past to this enterprise pure theory analysis pattern, this article from the concrete case, From the point of view of specific investment strategy, the research is more specific and practical, and can be used for reference for overseas investment of private enterprises.
