【摘要】：伴隨科技的發(fā)展,人類對(duì)科學(xué)技術(shù)研究的進(jìn)步,房地產(chǎn)目前比較熱門。但針對(duì)房地產(chǎn)銷售的形式的復(fù)雜化,業(yè)務(wù)種類繁多,信息化的管理就顯得由為重要。本文主要以某房地產(chǎn)公司為開發(fā)背景,開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了房地產(chǎn)銷售系統(tǒng),在對(duì)需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)房地產(chǎn)銷售管理系統(tǒng)的功能分析,設(shè)計(jì)了基于B/S模式的房地產(chǎn)銷售管理系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)方案。系統(tǒng)中主要模塊有分為基礎(chǔ)管理、客戶管理、銷售管理和物業(yè)管理模塊。本文首先對(duì)研究的目的和意義進(jìn)行了闡釋,通過對(duì)銷售的分析,設(shè)計(jì)出系統(tǒng)的總體框圖,然后對(duì)主要模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),并且給出了主要核心代碼,又針對(duì)主要模塊進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,最后對(duì)工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望。根據(jù)軟件工程規(guī)范并結(jié)合具體的網(wǎng)站開發(fā)項(xiàng)目,詳細(xì)論述軟件開發(fā)過程及其相關(guān)理論。本文結(jié)合某房地產(chǎn)公司房地產(chǎn)銷售,購房和物業(yè)的具體情況,采用B/S實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)開發(fā),通過JAVA語言,Struts架構(gòu)等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn),數(shù)據(jù)庫采用SQL Server和MyEclipse平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了某房地產(chǎn)公司房地產(chǎn)銷售的信息化,并且企業(yè)了公司在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,規(guī)劃了公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理,提升了房地產(chǎn)銷售的經(jīng)營效益。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the progress of science and technology research, real estate is becoming more and more popular. However, in view of the complexity of the form of real estate sales and various kinds of business, the management of information is important. This paper mainly takes a Real Estate Company as the background of development, designs the real estate sales system, and analyses the demand. On the basis of the analysis of the function of the real estate sales management system, the technical scheme of the real estate sales management system based on B/S model is designed. The main modules in the system are divided into basic management, customer management, sales management and property management module. This paper first explains the purpose and significance of the research, through the distribution of the sales. The general block diagram of the system is designed, then the main modules are designed and implemented in detail, and the main core code is given, and the main modules are tested. Finally, the work is summarized and prospected. According to the software engineering specification and the specific website development project, the software development process and its correlation are discussed in detail. In this paper, based on the real estate sales of a Real Estate Company, the actual situation of the property purchase and property, the system is realized by B/S, through the JAVA language, the Struts architecture and so on. The database is realized by SQL Server and MyEclipse platform. The system realizes the information of the real estate sales of a certain Real Estate Company, and the company is in the city. Field competitiveness, planning the company's standardized management, and enhance the real estate sales business benefits.
