【摘要】：正事件近日,住建部副部長陸克華明確表示,今年住建部將開展一次專項的規(guī)范和整頓行動,不良中介將被拉入"黑名單"。專項行動將規(guī)范中介機構(gòu)房屋信息的發(fā)布,全面推進房地產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)讓網(wǎng)簽制度,通過網(wǎng)簽制度的實施,防止"一房多賣";加強房地產(chǎn)交易資金的監(jiān)管,防止中介機構(gòu)侵占、挪用房地產(chǎn)交易當事人的資金,保證交易的資金安全;強化對房地產(chǎn)中介機構(gòu)的備案管理,只有通過房地產(chǎn)主管部門備案的中介機構(gòu),才能獲得網(wǎng)簽、房源核驗等相關(guān)權(quán)限;加強中介從業(yè)人員的管理,提高從業(yè)人員的素質(zhì);完善信用信息系統(tǒng),
