【摘要】：論文首先介紹了房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)信息管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景,對(duì)所需解決的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了概述,討論了項(xiàng)目的研究意義與重要性,闡述了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)方法和相關(guān)技術(shù)；論文提出了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求分析,包括業(yè)務(wù)需求、功能需求和非功能需求,給出了系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程圖和用例圖,進(jìn)行了用例描述；在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)與模塊設(shè)計(jì),包括項(xiàng)目信息、項(xiàng)目動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)追蹤、政策信息、土地信息、報(bào)廣信息、商品房成交信息等功能模塊,給出了模塊的工作流程圖及模塊的用例圖,詳細(xì)闡述了設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)表的設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)表關(guān)系設(shè)計(jì)及界面設(shè)計(jì)；論文最后對(duì)研究的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié),闡述了本人的主要工作,指出了論文存在的不足,并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the paper introduces the research background of the real estate market information management system, summarizes the problems that need to be solved, discusses the significance and importance of the project, and expounds the system development methods and related technologies. The paper puts forward the design goal of the system, analyzes the system requirements in detail, including business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements, gives the business flow chart and use case diagram of the system, and describes the use case. The overall design and module design of the system, including project information, project dynamic real-time tracking, policy information, land information, newspaper information, commercial housing transaction information and other functional modules, The working flow chart of the module and the use case diagram of the module are given. The content of the design is described in detail, and the design of the data table, the relation design of the data table and the interface design are carried out. This paper expounds my main work, points out the deficiency of the thesis, and looks forward to the further work.
