【摘要】：隨著住宅地產(chǎn)的不斷發(fā)展，樣板房裝飾工程設(shè)計(jì)的重要性愈加凸顯，在設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格上也呈現(xiàn)出人性化、現(xiàn)代化、多元化的發(fā)展趨勢。近年來，雖然樣板房的裝飾工程得到了快速發(fā)展，但是樣板房裝飾工程設(shè)計(jì)仍存在諸多問題�，F(xiàn)代城市樣板房裝飾工程設(shè)計(jì)，在幫助客戶進(jìn)行購房選擇的同時(shí)，也應(yīng)該引導(dǎo)人們建立起更健康的家居生活理念。樣板房設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)為住宅設(shè)計(jì)提供全面的參照，不只是展示設(shè)計(jì)手法或者精美的材料，樣板房設(shè)計(jì)更要“以人為本”。這才是最本質(zhì)的東西，只有牢牢抓住這一點(diǎn)，才能設(shè)計(jì)出精品樣板房,滿足人們的居住需求。 本文是對海南澤航地產(chǎn)四季康城二期樣板房裝飾工程設(shè)計(jì)的探索，課題自始至終圍繞“以人為本”的思想開展進(jìn)行，以實(shí)現(xiàn)舒適、健康的居住空間為根本目的。研究過程中查閱了大量的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料，借鑒了某些優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計(jì)理念，結(jié)合海南市的地域特點(diǎn)，并取得了較好的效果。本文對樣板房設(shè)計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)、市場狀況、需求分析、競爭狀況和四季康城二期在戶型方面的相關(guān)問題，進(jìn)行了較為豐富的分析和研究。通過四季康城二期整套樣板房的裝飾工程設(shè)計(jì)，全面展示了現(xiàn)代城市住宅應(yīng)具備的功能性和裝飾性特色，，并且充分說明了一個(gè)好的樣板房，不僅僅是產(chǎn)生“光環(huán)效應(yīng)”，應(yīng)該是既能讓人們激發(fā)出審美情趣，刺激客戶的購房欲望，使開發(fā)商贏得很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益，亦能讓客戶品位到居住文化的內(nèi)涵，在當(dāng)今這個(gè)崇尚生活品質(zhì)的社會(huì)中享受到健康綠色的家居生活環(huán)境。本課題的研究也為住宅房地產(chǎn)樣板房裝飾工程設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論及實(shí)踐方面的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of residential real estate, the importance of decorative engineering design of model houses is becoming more and more prominent, and the design style also presents a trend of humanization, modernization and diversification. In recent years, although the decoration engineering of the model house has been developed rapidly, there are still many problems in the design of the decoration engineering. Modern urban model housing decoration engineering design, while helping customers to purchase houses, should also guide people to establish a healthier home life concept. The model house design should provide the comprehensive reference for the house design, not only display the design technique or the exquisite material, but also the model house design should be "people-oriented". This is the most essential thing, only by firmly grasping this point, we can design a fine model house to meet people's living needs. This paper explores the design of the decoration engineering of the second phase of the Seasons Kangcheng Model House in Hainan Ze Hang Real Estate. The subject is carried out around the idea of "people-oriented" from beginning to end, with the aim of realizing a comfortable and healthy living space. In the course of the study, a large number of related materials at home and abroad were consulted, some excellent design concepts were used for reference, and good results were obtained in combination with the regional characteristics of Hainan City. In this paper, the design business, market situation, demand analysis, competition situation and the four seasons Kangcheng second phase in the Huxing related problems, a relatively rich analysis and research. Through the decoration engineering design of the whole set of model houses in four Seasons Kangcheng Phase II, it comprehensively shows the functional and decorative features that modern urban housing should have, and fully illustrates a good model house, which is not only a "halo effect". It should not only stimulate people's aesthetic interest, stimulate the desire of customers to buy houses, so that developers can win very good economic and social benefits, but also let customers taste into the connotation of residential culture. Enjoy a healthy and green home living environment in a society that upholds the quality of life. The research of this subject also provides theoretical and practical reference for the decoration engineering design of residential real estate model houses.
