【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的經(jīng)營過程中,反映和管理體現(xiàn)了財(cái)務(wù)的兩大基本職能。為確保企業(yè)有序、高效、健康運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),財(cái)務(wù)管理人員應(yīng)該做到:加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)基礎(chǔ)工作,發(fā)揮財(cái)務(wù)反映職能;發(fā)揮財(cái)務(wù)管理職能,提升企業(yè)經(jīng)營業(yè)績;加大外部融資力度,確保資金需求。
[Abstract]:In the management process of modern enterprises, the two basic functions of finance are reflected and managed. In order to ensure the orderly, efficient and healthy operation of the enterprise, the financial management personnel should: strengthen the basic work of finance, give play to the function of financial response, exert the function of financial management, improve the business performance of the enterprise, increase the intensity of external financing, Ensure funding requirements.
