【摘要】：近年來,我國民營企業(yè)大多在不同程度,不同領(lǐng)域身陷困境,尤其是房地產(chǎn)企業(yè),在國務(wù)院出臺一系列調(diào)控政策后,房地產(chǎn)市場運(yùn)行景氣度逐步回落。與此同時,黨的十八大報(bào)告中兩次提到體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,尤其提出“要廣泛開展全民健身運(yùn)動,促進(jìn)群眾體育和競技體育全面發(fā)展”,極大地增強(qiáng)了企業(yè)投資體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的信心和決心。進(jìn)軍文化體育產(chǎn)業(yè),成為企業(yè)集團(tuán)新的選擇。HD地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)正是憑借體育投資的成功,在嚴(yán)酷的市場形勢下,實(shí)現(xiàn)品牌收益的雙豐收,成為當(dāng)前企業(yè)體育投資的一個成功范例。因此,本文在財(cái)務(wù)視角下,以HD地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)為研究對象,具有實(shí)踐和理論意義。本文在財(cái)務(wù)視角下,對企業(yè)體育投資戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)涵、種類、價(jià)值、選擇依據(jù)和實(shí)施等理論界定和認(rèn)識的基礎(chǔ)上,以HD地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)為研究對象,通過對其體育投資現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行橫向和縱向?qū)Ρ确治?總結(jié)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了其體育投資的價(jià)值,并在此基礎(chǔ)上有針對的提出了HD地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)體育投資戰(zhàn)略選擇的目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)價(jià)值的可持續(xù)增長,并提出了擴(kuò)張性、輕資產(chǎn)的組合體育投資戰(zhàn)略。最后,本文結(jié)合HD地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)體育投資,從企業(yè)實(shí)際情況出發(fā),圍繞體育投資戰(zhàn)略的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值和社會價(jià)值給出了適合HD地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)的體育投資戰(zhàn)略的價(jià)值評價(jià)方法。民營企業(yè)集團(tuán)如何不斷創(chuàng)新,制定科學(xué)完善的企業(yè)體育投資戰(zhàn)略,通過投資體育產(chǎn)業(yè),帶動主營業(yè)務(wù)增長,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)價(jià)值的可持續(xù)增長,從而在激烈的市場競爭中獲得一席之地,值得深思。希望本文對我國民營企業(yè)集團(tuán)體育投資戰(zhàn)略的制定,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展有一定的幫助,同時帶動我國體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, most of the private enterprises in our country are in difficulties in different degrees and fields, especially the real estate enterprises. After the State Council issued a series of regulation and control policies, the real estate market has gradually declined. At the same time, two times in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Party, the party mentioned the development of sports undertakings. In particular, it proposed that "we should carry out extensive nationwide fitness campaigns to promote the all-round development of mass and competitive sports." Greatly enhanced the enterprise investment sports industry confidence and determination. Enter into the cultural and sports industry, become a new choice of enterprise groups. HD real estate group is relying on the success of sports investment, in the harsh market situation, to achieve the double harvest of brand income, become a successful example of the current enterprise sports investment. Therefore, this paper takes HD real estate group as the research object under the financial angle of view, has the practice and the theory significance. Based on the definition and understanding of the connotation, category, value, selection basis and implementation of the enterprise sports investment strategy, this paper takes HD real estate group as the research object. Based on the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the present situation of sports investment, this paper analyzes the value of sports investment on the basis of summing up the relevant experience. On this basis, the paper puts forward that the goal of sports investment strategy choice of HD real estate group is to realize the sustainable growth of enterprise value, and puts forward the combination sports investment strategy of expansibility and light assets. Finally, combining with the sports investment of HD real estate group, according to the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper gives the evaluation method of sports investment strategy suitable for HD real estate group according to the economic value and social value of sports investment strategy. How to continuously innovate, formulate scientific and perfect enterprise sports investment strategy, promote the growth of main business, realize the sustainable growth of enterprise value by investing in sports industry, Thus in the fierce market competition to gain a place, it is worth pondering. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the formulation of sports investment strategy of private enterprise groups in China and to the long-term development of enterprises, and at the same time will promote the development of sports industry in China.
