【摘要】:招投標(biāo)是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)下的商品交易方式,通過招投標(biāo),企業(yè)可以找到最合適的合作伙伴,降低成本、提高效益。但傳統(tǒng)的招投標(biāo)過程中人為因素過多,沒有充分利用信息技術(shù)手段,導(dǎo)致徇私舞弊的不良行為時(shí)有發(fā)生,由于低效和紙質(zhì)文件的大量使用,又浪費(fèi)了大量人力資源,紙質(zhì)文件的傳遞占用了較多的時(shí)間,遠(yuǎn)不能保證招投標(biāo)的公開、公平、公正和高效。企業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展已經(jīng)和企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理密不可分,房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)也正在從傳統(tǒng)的人為粗放式管理向信息技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的集約型管理、科學(xué)管理轉(zhuǎn)變。本課題正是基于信息技術(shù)而設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)的招投標(biāo)管理系統(tǒng),本系統(tǒng)是基于嘉興發(fā)展房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司的招投標(biāo)管理,基于企業(yè)的實(shí)際運(yùn)作而設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)的功能模塊分為管理功能模塊、信息發(fā)布模塊、專家模塊、企業(yè)模塊和項(xiàng)目管理模塊?梢詫(shí)現(xiàn)招投標(biāo)信息的發(fā)布、編輯、刪除的操作,實(shí)現(xiàn)招投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目信息的修改,數(shù)字文件的傳遞、存儲(chǔ)和檢索,企業(yè)用戶和專家用戶的信息管理,投標(biāo)記錄、評(píng)審記錄的查詢以及系統(tǒng)設(shè)置的功能等。招投標(biāo)管理系統(tǒng)采用瀏覽器/客戶端的模式,采用Hibernate+Spring+Struts2的技術(shù)路線,系統(tǒng)開發(fā)主要使用:Hibernate,Spring—Framework,Struts開發(fā)包。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)遵循軟件工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),按照需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、功能實(shí)現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)測(cè)試、發(fā)布和維護(hù)的流程進(jìn)行。經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)的功能測(cè)試和性能測(cè)試,該招投標(biāo)管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了功能需求,能滿足企業(yè)招投標(biāo)管理的需要,性能穩(wěn)定,可以投入使用。
[Abstract]:Bidding is the way of commodity trading in market economy. Through bidding, enterprises can find the most suitable partners, reduce costs and improve efficiency. But there are too many human factors in the traditional bidding process, the information technology means are not fully utilized, and the bad behavior of favoritism and malpractice occurs from time to time. Because of the low efficiency and the extensive use of paper documents, a large number of human resources are wasted. The transfer of paper documents takes up more time and cannot guarantee the openness, fairness, fairness and efficiency of bidding. The development of enterprise information has been closely related to the management of the enterprise. The real estate enterprise is also changing from the traditional artificial extensive management to the intensive management based on information technology and scientific management. This subject is based on information technology and the design and development of bidding management system, this system is based on Jiaxing Development Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. bidding management, based on the actual operation of enterprises and design and development. The function module of the system is divided into management function module, information release module, expert module, enterprise module and project management module. It can realize the operation of publishing, editing and deleting bidding information, the modification of bidding project information, the transmission, storage and retrieval of digital files, the information management of enterprise users and expert users, the bidding record, Review the record of the query and system settings, and so on. The bidding management system adopts the browser / client mode and the hibernate Spring Struts2 technology route. The system development mainly uses the 1 / hibernate Spring-Frame Framework Struts development kit. System development follows the software engineering standards, according to the requirements analysis, system design, function implementation, system testing, release and maintenance process. After the system function test and performance test, the system realizes the function requirement, can meet the needs of the enterprise bidding management, the performance is stable, and can be put into use.
