【摘要】：近年來,鄭州房地產(chǎn)市場持續(xù)火爆,房地產(chǎn)景觀隨著房地產(chǎn)市場的蓬勃發(fā)展,也逐漸成為現(xiàn)代城市景觀的重要組成部分。宿根花卉近年來在城市景觀應(yīng)用中以其多年生長、花色豐富、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、栽培養(yǎng)護(hù)成本低的優(yōu)勢得到廣泛關(guān)注和應(yīng)用推廣,對打造優(yōu)秀的房地產(chǎn)景觀,建設(shè)節(jié)約型、生態(tài)型園林,創(chuàng)造自然、宜居的城市人居環(huán)境,有著重要意義。首先對宿根花卉的定義、園林應(yīng)用進(jìn)行簡述,然后通過對鄭州市25個不同類別的房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目中的實(shí)際景觀應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,最后從宿根花卉的設(shè)計、施工和養(yǎng)護(hù)施工3個方面進(jìn)行總結(jié)探討。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the real estate market in Zhengzhou has been booming. With the rapid development of the real estate market, the real estate landscape has gradually become an important part of the modern urban landscape. In recent years, the perennial flower has been widely concerned and applied in the application of urban landscape for many years, with its rich color, strong adaptability and low cultivation and maintenance cost. The promotion is of great significance to building an excellent real estate landscape, building an economical and ecotype garden, creating a natural and livable urban living environment. Firstly, the definition of the perennial flowers and the application of the garden are briefly described, and then the application of the actual landscape in 25 different types of real estate projects in Zhengzhou is investigated and analyzed. Finally, from the 3 aspects of the design, construction and maintenance of perennial flowers, we summarize and discuss.
